Bruno could have a player literally attached to him, he'd still control the ball and find a teammate. He's press proof. West Ham would be better off playing rough and playing for set pieces. My worry would be them from corners. Thank god they don't have Ballon Dawson playing for them anymore.

Bastoni at Inter? Contract runs out in 2024, 6ft 3, 23 years old. Another left footer mind. Has anyone watched/followed Inter. He's exactly the profile we will look at. Players in the last year of contact is definitely our modus operandi.

We will play the same side tommorow and providing we can make the required subs and provided we get a good performance, we will play the same side at Brentford. We have a full week to recover after Brentford. 3 games in a week is doable. We have 6 days rest before Villa, plenty of time to recuperate.

WH are incredibly defensive. Don't seem to want the ball much. Don't seem to venture forward too often. They do hold a threat from set plays, as we saw at SJP. We are in a completely different place to that game mind. We have a dynamic attack and a revitalised defence. 1-3 Isak 2, Maxi.

I can see us selling Lascelles/Maxi/Targett/Dubravka if the right offers come in. Obviously you can add Fraser and Manquillo to that list. Of course, Richie and Dummett could go if they want to hang up their pom poms too. I think the rest are safe. There's some big decisions to me made for Howe and Co. I can see a scenario where by Ashworth overrules Howe when it comes to selling any of those first 4 I mentioned. Howe might not want to lose Maxi but in a world where we could get 35/40m for him and sign someone like Diaby, I think it would be considered.

Again I will repeat that Chris Waugh said specifically that we want 6 players this summer: Left Back Centre Back 2 Midfielders (presumably a DM and AM) 2 attacking players Presuming the above to be true, I'd imagine: Quality left back, Tierney? Young CB, to learn and step in. Defensive midfielder, Mctominay? Attacking midfielder, Maddison? Winger, Diaby? Young forward, South American?

Beat Spurs at home and Top 4 is ours. It's that simple for me really.
-
Unchanged. Would probably take a draw but win this and we bounce into Brentford. Still feel like West Ham is the harder of the two fixtures.

Man United will improve immediately next season when they add Osihmen or Kane or Toney TBF. Both clubs are going places quickly.
-
Potter to Spurs now seems the best play. Spurs will be sick of the former Chelsea managers but this one actually fits.
-
I actually thought he had to grow into the game. I think he's class like. Some days ard going to suit certain players more. Pleased he got his goal. He was still very good in the second half.
-
Froggys fine. Not his fault who he supports. He's Irish too i think, so don't call him a stupid cunt. He already knows that, as its on his coat of arms.
-
Amazed yous allowed him free reign of the ball. I understand not wanting Rashford tracking back though. Perhaps the game for more hard working winger and Rashford through the middle.

Ratings fuck it: Pope 6 Fuck all to do. Trippier 9 Was the best player on the pitch IMO. Schar 8 Superb. Botman 7 Solid. Burn 8 Dealt with the Brazilian rat. Longstaff 8 Was class. Everywhere. Bruno 8 Second half in particular was absolutely unreal. Willock 8 Actually thought he was poor first half. Got his goal. ASM 7.5 Played well, got his assist Isak 8 Some lush play, that pass man. Murphy 8 Best performance for us. Subs: Wilson 8 Felt lively, even before/after the goal. Joelinton 7 Usual, could have scored. Gordon 7.5 Some neat stuff, really warming to him. Anderson N/A

Love him me. Will be honour to take him to the arse end of Belgium or wherever next year and see him shithousing his way around continent. CL standard shithouse.
-
I agree with Froggy, ETH rolled the dice, he had to.
-
On the days when Bruno is missing, wouldn't it be great to know you had another player of elite quality in midfield. We are far to Bruno reliant.
-
Yep, with European football next year, you have to spin any potential injury problems into a positive and say its an opportunity for players like Willock and Longstaff to get games. If we are playing FC whothefuck at home, we could quite comfortably rest Maddison for a PL game etc. We also have to our medical team and their ability to assess his fitness record and how to handle it.
-
Into these cunts.
-
It's a bullshit term. I'd be surprised if we weren't in a semi-agreement with Maddisons camp and have an understanding of what Leicester would want. Again, someone like Liverpool step in and it's curtains, financially.
-
Already been rumours. But for Spurs would feel like a pure 6/10 appointment. He's a better fit than Conte though and certainly that's Portuguese fella.
-
Maybe a late fitness test. Be shocked if we see Miggy on the pitch today.
-
This is a great shout and a perfect fit. Rodgers is a European class manager, despite what's gone on recently at Leicester. Give him Rice/Paqueta/Scammaca/Bowen etc, you would fancy him finding a tune out of them.
-
So Gordon is definitely back on bench but is Miggy? Surely he's just watching?
