Barton has every right to say what he's said. Aye to his family and friends, not to the whole world. If i made a clear critisism of my work on twitter i would be sacked, Barton is no different. He may well be correct but it's simply not the point.

Coloccini until he gets sold next year, then Cabaye the year after.
-
But one poor performance on the other hand.
-
Nice and flexible, we could adopt either if we liked. It's good to have options.
-
If we can get him for less, he's a snip. Scored 8 last year.
-
Us and Sunderland have made and enquiry about him according to SSN.
-
Somebody comment please, we are even on the yellow ticker thingy.
-
P.S we are interested according to SSN.
-
Craig Gardner?
-
Could be a smart move. He's 24, rough diamonds and all that.
-
Pardew is bound to be aware of his availability, therefore if we choose not to go for N'Zogbia, i'm going to be very excited about who we may get instead.
-
Can't see a five year deal this time. 3 maybe.
-
Surely we have to be one of the teams
-
SSN mate.

What mess? When you look at it, Houiller's done fairly well in the time he's had. They were all over the place near the end of Kevin McDonald's caretaker stewardship - in 7 or 8 months, Houllier has stabilised them and they even squeezed into the top half. No way man. Half the players at Villa hate/hated Houllier (if reports are correct). He started telling players not to bother turning up and that. I bet their squad was delighted when Houiller went. Footballing wise they hadn't improved from O'Neill, Darren Bents signing being one of the only plus points. P.S Contact between Villa and Brum confimed.

Ahem *Clears throat*. Who will your next manager be, Alex McLeish? Ant and Dec doesn't look so fucking bad now does it you fucking cunts.
-
Christ if they hire McLeish that's them confined to at least the bottom half. Any manager who comes in still has Houllier's mess to clear up, but McLeish will make things worse. There will be a mass exodus at Villa. Albrighton anyone?

Na, i don't see what the club have to gain by messing around. I'm pretty sure, the powers that be, are keen on Jose staying. Jose is either not sure on what he wants to do or he's waiting for as long as possible for an offer to come in from a club which suits him.
-
Interesting that Carr seems particularly keen on the lad. I'm not one to assume that every player whom Carr rates is going to be a world-beater but it can't be ignored that our scouts record has been particularly good. Hopefully he seems something really good in this lad. Bare in mind that if he got 10 or 12 goals in the Premiership, his price would probably double from 6 million to 12 million.

Colo is the one player who i really, really don't want to leave. We simply cannot replace him. The thought of Williamson and Taylor at centre half is scary.
-
Gerrard's past it. He won't ever get to the form of two years ago. Although, we know Dalglish will see him as his fearless leader, along with Carragher (who is even more past it). Making some odd decisions.
-
He's worth more to us than 3m, even though he has his flaws. He's part of a settled back four, who could we realistically replace him with for 3 million?
-
Poor Flatline, one silly comment and now he's Jim Davidson.
-
Will the club want to pay two top class left backs for a full season in the event Enrique decides he's going to see out his contract? That's an incredibly unlikely scenario TBH. There will be plenty of suitors for him and he's already "undecided" at best.

So is it definately this player who we are after or is it still just guessing?
