Explain simple he played milner out of postion,he is no nobby solano though pattison was a waste,he show a bit good stuff and a bit bad aswell, couldve sealed the win but his shot was horrible he couldve taken more advantage of them game, attack more instead of set back and defend, this season we lost two games by the score of 2-1 thanx to the fact that our seconed half if often very poor, today was not a day to bring the likes of rossi and pattison on,maybe giving luque who is more experinced some time wouldve been much better.. if brad friedel got his head to the ball that wouldve been a game to remember What did you want him to do soccer master? Taylor was struggling with an injury and that's why Huntingdon didn't come on immediately, so Milner dropped in to right back and Rossi on the wing. Sibierski then got an injury in a block challenge and then Huntington came on, went in to right back and Milner pushed on. Where's the problem? Or would you rather have had Luque at right back?

I suppose, but given his injury record he would be fucked up pretty quickly in a fight

http://www.nufc.com/html/bezdiary1.html is that particular quote http://www.nufc.com/html/bezdiary-intro.html is the whole lot

Ginola From Bez's diaries on nufc.com "Before the game Kenny had dropped Ginola to the bench and David was fuming. When Kenny gave the teamtalk David sat cross-legged and put on some earphones. He then started filing his nails while Dalglish spoke to us."

The good thing is he's nearly always wrong. He'll get 8 out of 10 one week in twenty, headlines "LAWRO DOES IT AGAIN", the next week he gets 1 out of 10 and it's like Man Utd at home to Watford and nothing is said. I think we'll get something if we keep Shabani Nonda quiet, he wasn't £15m 3 seasons ago for nothing, and I think he'll kick on from here, because he's got the lot. I don't remember the last time Lawro said we'd win. I actually don't. Every week it's "Newcastle can't score and can't defend, so I can't see them winning" yet he usually predicts we'll draw 2-2 at home despite the frailty in front of goal he just pointed out. He's a dick.
-
Except he didn't. He scored the winner in the 3-2 back in October, we weren't behind in that game at any point.

We have 42 games in hand on most, I like our chances

Where's the confidence and belief?
-
Well obviously we're not totally fucked as, like you say, the season ends in 5 months, not tomorrow. But it could be the difference between a mid table push and relegation scrap.
-
That's essentially what I'm getting at. If we win tomorrow people will see us climbing the table and the belief will slowly return. Defeat and we've lost to a promoted side at home again, we'll be 18th with tough games to come and there's no cup games to boost the confidence. That's what I meant about a page ago about tomorrow being vital
-
Well given that if we lose we're 18th with trips to Blackburn and Chelsea to come and then a relegation 6 pointer with Watford, I'd say we'd be more towards the fucked side of things than usual.
-
It's unlucky for the other team as they have no time to respond. If the goal cannoned off the guys knee and went in then it's lucky. It was a free kick, so fair play to him it was probably good.

Depends how optimistic you are as to how bad the Charlton result is. On the plus - it's easier to catch Blackburn, you may aswell have the home sides winning these kind of games, as you would hope/expect them to lose away. On the negative it brings the bottom club closer to us, but like I said, if you're optimistic we could win tomorrow and be 14th with games in hand (...Chelsea away) over those around us. Bottom line is, if we lose tomorrow we're fucked.
-
Well...if we find a way to beat Reading we're up to 14th. If we lose, we're well and truly in the shit Without over-hyping it, tomorrow could shape our season - with away trips to Blackburn and Chelsea coming up, we need the points to last us a while

Good sub from MJ it would seem

Huth levels things up at WHL
-
As it stands, we're being joined in the UEFA by Werder Bremen, Spartack Moscow, Bordeaux and Shaktar Donetsk

Yeah I was under the impression this was a shot at kingdawson after he made a thread after the Pompey game about how we only had 48,000 there. It's a continuity thing.

Maybe Glenn is being really crafty and pretending Dyer won't play and then BAM he does. Oh what a manager we have
-
I saw him leaving the City Hall on my way out of Uni today
-
Who you lot at Villa got then ? Oh, right......the cosmopolitan bunch technically from Manchester.....well, their ground if not 85% of their fans is in manchester.... i think it is like the 3rd time in 5 years or something that we have drawn them. And they'll have Larsson possibly making his home debut, which means he is absolutely cast iron certain to score against MON's team. You think that's bad brummie, we've got top of the championship managed by a Geordie who apparently turnedthe job down/was denied the job by the Brum chairman if you believe the stories. Actually yeah your's is worse...but I'm not expecting much from us

Pardew is a genius? I've only just realised Everton are at home such is West Ham's dominance

Alan Ball: "Look at the draw...it's amazing...Man Utd..Chelsea..Arsenal"
