La Liga 19/20 - Premier Sports acquire exclusive UK TV rights

When will the tickets be out for the Clasico in Madrid and where can I get them? Looking into the possibility because I'll be in Spain at the time. -
Higuain won't be able to retire in Argentina. He's cost them two trophies.
-
Had to cut it back for Messi. The Argie midfielders can't pass forward. Been different since Banega went on.
-
The Argentine midfield doesn't exist, man. They're so open.

But then their debt won't be paid off? So euro takes the hit to oust them? Or is that not right? If Greece decides they're not paying then Euros should go up because it's basically reducing the amount of Euros potentially circulating. Deflation makes the currency appreciate. This isn't taking into the effect of risk off behaviour which will mean European investors buy more of German bonds. Except it's the opposite that happens. If the Greeks no longer use Euros, but the same amount of Euros are in circulation, it means the amount of Euros in regards to the population will be bigger. Thus there will be inflation of the currency. Sorry, but if the Greeks stop using the Euro then a significant chunk of their debt in Euros will be written off, which is deflation. And the amount of debt that they have is a lot compared to the Euros that would normally circulate in Greece.

Why would the Euro drop? If Greece leaves and starts printing drachmas, I imagine the Euro will become slightly stronger.

Football's greatest - where does Lionel Messi rank?
Taylor Swift replied to Dave's topic in Football
He's probably one of those uber competitive individuals that's hard to relate to for people close to him, like Jordan, Schumacher etc were with people close to them. It ends up being respect for ability rather than loved. He wouldn't be the first great champion that teammates only respected, not loved. -
How is it extortion? He hasn't said that he'd stop playing if he didn't get a new contract. He's just said he won't be signing a new contract. How the fuck is that extortion? Why do people routinely side with rich clubs and rich owners over shit like this? It's completely baffling.
-
It'd send out a terrible message to the young players that they have at the club. It'd be 'our way or you rot in the reserves'. The next time contracts are up for renewal, the talented kids will leave for a less restrictive club.
-
They don't play good football like. Total myth. They don't hoof it and the goals they score aren't all from set pieces. They've also got loads of players who have a good first touch so their possession percentage is much improved. He's definitely changed them for the better.
-
Same as yesterday.
-
They play good football and their results are above average. Hughes has done a good job.
-
 Perfect

Why hasn't he gotten games over Masch? because Masch is better maybe? Then why all the hype about Bartra? I've seen loads of fans say that he's a future starter but if he's 24 and he can't beat out Mascherano, who isn't that good, then there doesn't seem much hope of him ever becoming good enough to start for a team like Barca

Calling a board useless after winning the treble. GTFO.

Cant charge as much for standing. If you charge a tenner and can fit in 80% more people into the same area then you'll come out ahead based on drinks and food inside the stadium. That's not counting the benefit of having a full stadium roaring the team on. It also makes the game much more affordable for the working class, which is what clubs should be striving for.
-
Possibly, but it lasted like a year or two max at his absolute peak. I still remember your Maicon was the bestest ever phase, dude. You ain't escaping that easy. I distinctly remember you saying Maicon was easily better than Alves when that was only because Maicon was the more popular player. Alves at his best was better than Maicon.

I don't think the WC is harder to win than the CL. It only seems hard because it comes around every 4 years but the level of competition isn't that good. I bet all four semi finalists of the CL this year would beat Germany in a head to head tie. -

Yup. The quality of the CL is a bit above the WC these days and Messi regularly stamps his class against the best teams on the planet. I'm still waiting for Maradona to drag a Barca team to the European Cup. -
Pogba was an absolute beast. Best player on the pitch last night. He really didn't want to lose.
-
I thought the pitch was shit. How can you let that happen in a CL final? Players from both sides were slipping all over the place, the ball was bouncing unevenly too.
-
Great game. Neymar my MotM. Pique was excellent too. Juve came to play and so the game was fun to watch. Good game for football.
