Maybe playing against his old team got in his head a bit. Glass half full but better days ahead, can't play much worse.

Same, really tired of hearing about selling more of our good players, such defeatist bollocks. Get him a new deal.

It's only in the past 3-4 months we've discovered what a selfish, low-character twat this bloke is. I hated who we sold him to, but it's done and he's gone and we're better off without players like him. One thing that struck me while watching the match cam from the CL game the other night is what a likeable group of players we have. There's no place for players like this who put themselves before all else, regardless of the time invested in them by coaches and teammates. Good riddance honestly.

I know, was emphasizng it

Very decent manager and man, not much he could do after losing Beardsley and Gazza in successive seasons. 88/89 was a dreadful season, one of the worst I can remember. The couple before that were enjoyable. RIP Willie.

We originally wanted Zenden and Jeffers that summer I think, think it worked out
-
Was at that game, couldn't believe we won so easily at the time, think Mirandinha scored a couple?
-
Wasn't it Arteta who described him as "one of the most important British managers of the last 50 years" or some other ill-informed shite

Just put on the Inter game, somehow missed Vardy went to Cremonese

Arse pen, ridiculous challenge

Pen to Sheff Utd, daft challenge Edit - missed

Sheff Utd look satisfyingly trash under the true Patriot

I watched the highlights on CBS and when I saw this, my jaw dropped. Then I watched again expecting the commentator to be frothing over it (Tyldesley). The daft twat didn't even mention it, like it never happened, he was droning on about some rubbish or the other then picked up the commentary as Elanga had his shot. Unbelievable.

Irreplaceable.

You'll not ever see any ownership of his drivel that he posts non-stop

Praying for this outcome. I've injured my MCL a couple of times and it's agonizingly painful. Both of my sons tore ACLs playing sports and from what I recall had very little pain at all so i'm clinging to that.

Different one I think
-
Good chance for Murphy

Not just that, support play in possession is crap. They've had a few promising breaks and when the player attacking looks up, only red shirts in the box.
-
Painful watch this second half. Enthusiastic but poorly coached, virtually no goal threat, Charlton defending the lead with ease.
-
Soft pen, slightest of nudges and the legs collapse and immediately looking at the ref.
-
Another promising break and not a soul up in support

A quarter billion on two players..
