  1. boot polish head scrapping with everyone on the sidelines, Arse get a goal back
  2. Watford would be bottom if it weren't for a couple of radge away results, utter trash. While watching them against Arsenal a few weeks back, i'm sure the commentator said they'd lost 7 straight home games or something
  3. This should be 10-0, not sure i've seen a more dominant away display from a team in my life, or maybe more accurate to say not sure i've ever seen a worse home display, Saints haven't gotten close to even the basics today.
  4. Thought Werner might hit the post there, taps in, 5-0. Tuchs cracked a crooked smile
  5. Exactly, you can imagine Dyche saying basically the same most weeks "Right lad, get in the box, get on the end of things". No offense intended to Dyche, he might be more tactically flexible and astute than I give him credit for.
  6. Interesting, I saw the interview with Wood and he alluded to EH asking him (and others) to do different things each week, make different runs etc
  7. Raphinha's goal today was some hit like, he'd improve our wide forward options no end
  8. Forster with 2 brilliant saves in 30 seconds, no exaggeration to say this could be double figures at half time
  9. Fraser Forster earning his scratch today like, must be about 5 good saves he's made already
  10. Might be wrong but isn't he on-loan from Chelsea?
  11. Havertz pirouetting all over the shop, card marked for a clattering later
  12. Romeu hauled off, Saints probably lucky it's only 4 tbh, Ralph raging
  13. Werner hits the post AGAIN but 4-0 on the rebound
  14. Werner finally scores, composed finish, 3-0
  15. Werner denied brilliantly by Forster from 3 yards, just can't score
  16. Mount 2-0, Chelsea playing well, Saints all over the gaff
  17. Like Ekoku as a commentator, measured and knowledgeable
  18. Alonso scores, been coming since the first minute
  19. He got under the ball, was almost sitting down when the cross reached him
  20. Watching Southampton vs Chelsea, Werner has hit the woodwork twice in the first 6 minutes
  21. Confidence will return after Wolves plus we're home and a different animal at St James these days, organized and mentally tough with a fantastic team spirit. Hopefully another narrow win, we're due one against this lot.
  22. Aye those fan forum things with Neville, Keane and Carragher are a bit of a guilty pleasure of mine, enjoy watching them. Carragher's input is generally less than the other two (doesn't like the sound of his own voice and isn't as interested in cultivating a persona like Keane) but he's generally spot on and at the very least doesn't seem to have an axe to grind with us (neither does Neville to be fair who is usually positive about us), unlike Keane who's a miserable tosser a lot of the time. Had some hilarious points to make about Everton in the last one.
  23. Nice to see when the NBC program came back from break, AS on the sidelines treating EH like a long lost son, pure loves him like.
