Bare minumum for me is nine/ten home victories (preferably with more draws than losses too) and top half. If we finish 9th/10th and look a far better outfit, with a lot to build on and a decent push for Europe, i'll be very content. Said it before, i'll say it again, it's not like clicking a lightswitch.
