Have we had any match deciding calls go wrongly for us this season? I know you make your own luck and that, but we've been on the wrong end of it too many times this season. EDIT: Liverpool had a lovely goal wrongly disallowed for off side.
-
Think they'll fail to qualify for the CL next year, and that will be his last for Arsenal.
-
Should be Anita at right back.
-
He's shite.
-
Just me that thinks it's a bit dodgy that a betting company owns a team?
-
So many similarities between us and Wigan man
-
Is Stoke actually owned by bet365? Had no idea.
-
It's almost like we all knew he'd do well for a year and then completely fall apart. 1 win in half a season must be worse than what he did here, surely?
-
Didn't see the game, but looking at those stats I've come up with a good reaction:
-
Not even sure he would have attempted to save it tbh.
-
Don't know, backed off way too quickly which played Aguero on side almost immediately. Understand that he probably panicked a bit and wanted to get back into position, but would have preferred him to have kept his cool a little bit.
-
He was Pardewed. You would think that the one player that couldn't really be Pardewed would be a hard working defensive midfielder. But alas, Pardew found a way to try and make him into something he isn't and fucked him up in the process. Injuries hasn't helped him either mind, feels like he hasn't been fully fit for two or three years.
-
He needs to start finding our players with his headed clearances though. Can see he tries most of the time, but fails too often and it ends up being given back in a dangerous position. Apart from that, he was class tonight.
-
Been thinking this as well

Wish the referees weren't kept away from the media as much as they are in the PL like. Would love to hear some sort of explanation for that call, hate how they can't ever be questioned on shite like that.
-
And he didn't even get booked
-
This is the worst part of the call. It wasn't like he just moved into that position, he had been in an off side position for ages, and makes no attempt to get back on side. Can almost see how surprised he is when he looks back at the linesman after the goal. Agree with bigfella and Mick on the penalty situation. He leaves his leg in so much it's almost a free kick to us because he kicks Mbemba. Would have been furious (but not the least bit surprised, obviously) if that was given. And the excuse given was the Lino might have thought Toure headed it. Two things about that, firstly the lino should have seen all the players going to Aguero and secondly, and most importantly. Aguero moved back into the same area, heading it or not that should be given offside. It's just a rank bad decision. Even if he thought Toure scored he should have had his flag up then said to the referee that Aguero was offside but not interfering with play if Toure scored. The referee would have then been able to turn around and say actually Aguero scored and then ruled it out. It's better to stop and talk to the referee then to just sit there. Doesn't matter if Aguero scores or not with the new rules in place for this season. It's off side if he even attempts to go for the ball.

Fuck I wish he would have scored though. Did well to find that space against two players. Good save from Hart as well, unfortunately.
-
Well that is just not true. Whether you rate the lad or not, don't think you can deny that he always does his best for the team and works his bollocks off.
-
Came into this game with three consecutive league wins and just put PSG out of the CL. They have been in canny form since De Bruyne returned, basically.

Had basically nowt to do except chasing down lost causes, which he did well. Made it difficult for the City CBs when we had to clear it.
-
Should go to the Euros this summer tbh.

One very dodgy moment aside (which easily could have lost us the game tbh), he was fucking terrific tonight. Won everything in the air, looked calm enough on the ball and most importantly looks like a leader. Very, very impressed with him tonight
