The good thing is, we could say that about a few of our players at the minute. Is the number 6 CB Woodgate? Colo is having a look at that.
-
Couple of dodgy moments in the first half, but grew into the game and was a lot better in the second half. Another assist for him, and helped Simpson a lot defensively. In fact, him and Simpson are starting to get a bit of understanding when Simpson is overlapping on the wing.
-
When did you learn Swedish like? I just imagined Andy Gray with Swedish features. At this rate, Tiote's going to have to get in your sig soon
-
Just brilliant when they started to resort to long balls in the second half, couldn't have been more confident that nothing would come out of any long ball they attempted.
-
When did you learn Swedish like? Another thing I liked about his performance today was that some were saying that it would be interesting to see how he would cope against better opposition. Certainly rose to the occasion
-
Swedish commentator praised him a lot as well.
-
You don't? England have a friendly against France. That's midweek. Thank fuck, haven't quite recovered yet from the boredom of the last international break.
-
Tiote is a machine, machines don't need to rest.
-
So impressive that we didn't resort to just long balls to AC and Shola considering we played fucking Arsenal away. Spot on in that we attempted to keep the ball for as long as possible and get our two forwards in the box for a delivery to them. Deserves massive credit for this win.
-
Suppose the refs just book him to make the game a bit fairer for whoever we play?
-
Chamakh should definitely have been booked for his dive next to Enrique. Blatant cheating there. The Arsenal fan on Fan Zone was thoroughly embarrassed by that. He went fucking off it. Retroactive punishment possible? Not that it would ever happen, but would serve the cunt right. He does seem to be a player that'll be around the top of anyones "most hated players". Funny that Arsenal have lost two home games so far this season, both against black and white opposition and both newcomers
-
What's so fantastic is that this isn't a one off, his passing has been around that mark in every game since he arrived. Fantastic footballer.
-
Chamakh should definitely have been booked for his dive next to Enrique. Blatant cheating there. Almost 98% completed passes then, that is just taking the piss
-
Anyone got any passing percentage for Tiote today? Reckon it'll have been around the 90% mark again.
-
And take away the robbing against City and we would have been level with them Aye. But I'm still very happy with our start to the season. I'm a bit disappointed tbh, would've hoped to at least be in a Champions League spot after 11 games
-
Surely he's taking the piss like? Apparently, according to Swedish press, "Arsenal dominated the game, but struggled to get the ball into the back of the net". Wonder if the bloke who wrote that watched the same game as I did, there was fuck all dominating going on in that game.

"No, not you" "I'll have a bit anyway" Class
-
He also says that the red card was not only harsh, but simply not right, which is bollocks.
-
Who else could not believe their eyes during those first ten or so minutes by the way?
-
Aye, I picked up on that one. He was magnificent during the entire game. Didn't notice him that much when watching it live, but when I had a second look, he barely put a foot wrong all game. Fantastic again today, the Nasri tackle was Tiote-class.
-
Lose. Think a Big Sam team suits us rather terribly, and then there's the whole ex-manager thing as well. Really though, we fucking shouldn't lose, but I can certainly see it happening.

The nutmeg on Clichy

Aye. Looking back at it now, and our results since then, it's hard not to say that that comeback did not re-start our season.
