  1. What a goal in the Swedish league just now

    Dogawful Officiating

I'm sure I just don't understand the rules, but why is Wilsons goal ruled out? I know that the scorer can't even touch the ball with his arm before scoring (absolute bullshit rule btw, Callum clearly gets no advantage from the ball coming off his arm there), but it comes off the defender before he scores, so surely that should have cancelled the potential hand ball involvement?
  3. Possibly the biggest win of the season in terms of impact. The old cliche of good teams win when they're having a bad day certainly applied today, especially first half. Fantastic in game management by Howe basically won us that game, fantastic stuff from him today.
  4. Fuck off VAR man jesus fucking christ.
  5. Literally took 5 minutes to award that penalty, how the fuck was it just 3 minutes added on?
  6. Couple of years ago, ASM being out would have been pretty much guaranteed loss. Now, while it's a shame as he's been very good lately, it's hardly something that even lessens anyone's confidence.
  7. Everton are an absolute mess The entire team back defending yet no one can clear it and then McTominay gets all the space in the world in the box
  8. Doesn't really look like a Sean Dyche side fighting for survival, does it?
  9. 15 years of Ashley not enough for you?
  10. He forces that mistake though. Fabianski expects him to go for it, but he knows he's not getting there first so stops in anticipation. Such a good finish as well though, very similar to Wilson against Spurs in that he's got a fair amount to do still.
  11. Isak man, what a guy! His reading of the game there is soo good to stop instead of just bursting forward
  12. Looking forward to Isak coming on against this high press.
  13. I strongly disagree with that opinion like. Man Utd are incredibly reliant on two or three players (Casemiro, Eriksen and Rashford), so them being without 2 of them at the weekend and Rashford arguably not being fully fit, made us look way better than them. We're on the same amount of points for a reason at this stage of the season. Man U fans should be worried about just how incredibly important a 31 year old Casemiro is to their entire side mind.
  14. I mean, we're literally on the same amount of points as fifth place Man U, plenty of ways we can "throw it away" (depending on what that means) from here.
  15. What about the Liverpool (a) point/s?
  16. I just don't understand sacking your manager this late in the season without having a replacement lined up, or at least knowing who and what you want. Couldn't think of a bigger difference in terms of profiles than March and Rafa. So unprofessional to not even know what you are after.
  17. Brighton has since the start of February played 10 league games. W6, D3, L1. While that is an excellent record, the only top 10 teams they've played in that spell is Brentford and at the time Fulham. Both of those fixtures were at home, and they only got one point out of those two. So, while their results recently have been excellent, they've done it mostly against poorer sides. It will be very interesting to see how they do now that their fixtures get a bit tougher. As an aside, I've got huge respect for Brighton, reckon they are arguably the best run club in the league considering they've lost their MD (or whatever his official title was) to us and manager to Chelsea in the last 12 months, and they are still in with a chance of Champions League football. Obviously Arteta will win it should Arsenal win the league, but De Zerbi (along with wor Eddie and Emery) should be in with a shout for manager of the season.
  18. I don't know man. He looks good and all, but wasn't it £100m for him? They could have bought Ollie Watkins or Ivan Toney for about half that or something, and it would have been money much better spent.
