I would sell Duff, Emre, Carr, Titus and Babayaro. Duff is a luxury we didn't need, Emre we could get a good price for and Carr, Titus and Babs, well need I say any more!. With the money we would get for that lot we could spend on defence which is more important.

Thats exactly how I would line them up for the game on Saturday.

I really thought Luque had a decent game tonight! and I wouldn't say he's lazy, just a conserver of energy he uses his speed when it's needed, if you saw the long diagonal pass Solano sent off Luque chased that down and nobody from our side was expecting him to do that so when he played it back nobody was ready for it, he did what he was suppose to do he held the ball reasonbly well! considering this is not his natural game. He just looks lazy, but for me when he needs to he'll chase and harrass, I just think he asseses a situation far better than we give him credit for why waste energy when you know you aren't going to get the ball.

About fucking time!, Roland.

did you notice on the Italian link for our team that Souness was still the Manager not Roeder.
-
Have to agree with on that!. If I was him I would probably give Roeder the finger.
-
I was always against Roeder, I never thought we would in a relegation fight with him though! just mid table, "no more no less", his record said he was never going get us where the Toon should be, but after he was appointed I thought well at least we should support him but after the summer transfer debacle I knew his time here was short it was so obvious Freddy took matters into his own hands and bought trophy players which we didn't really need, what we needed defenders!all that says he was not in charge!, and thats what a Manager should be.
-
Yes he is good!, another Aussie lad doing well.

I'd take my chances at the moment with Belgravia, if they pay themselves a good dividend then so be it! so long as they bring success to the club run it proffessionally and don't intrude in the managers decisions so long as it doesn't send the club bankrupt. I don't have a problem with that, The Halls and The Shepherds have fleeced this club long enough and have given nothing in return so lets give someone else a crack at it.
-
Well then it's obvious he has learnt well from the coaching staff then, hasn't he!
-
You can't honestly say he would be worse than what we have at the present in our team and yesterday was the perfect time to bring him on! Got the lottery numbers as well then, Mystic Meg? Yeah! 1,17,7,20,31,11,4. now go buy a lottery ticket!

Pull your foreskin over your head and wank yourself to death dickhead!

Are you seriously judging a player on a fucking software program, jesus wept!
-
What is it with Latins that Roeder doesn't like?, Luque and Di Canio.
-
Roeder couldn't get the win against Charlton so I reckon he couldn't. the key word being 'could' not would An interesting question though - would a Roeder managed Villa have beaten Newcastle at Villa Park? Your still not getting it then Victor! bluebiggrin.gif bluebiggrin.gif

I would back Houllier but not the Fat man.
-
I don't think it would be good idea!, it would cost us dearly and would be so difficult to get back up there again.
-
Well I watched the game on the TV here! we don't often get the chance to see The Toon play here in Canada, so I was going to savour this one!, but what a dissapointment we played well in the first half against a pub team we should have killed them but we lacked it up front, why oh why! didn't Roeder play Luque up front when it was dead obvious that Duff is no centre forward and didn't look likely to ever score, Carr was his usual self made some good runs but that was about it half the times he didn't know where his man was, his finishing was terrible. Sorry to say but Roeder really doesn't have a clue about tactics and game plans does he?, it's time for a change from the top to the bottom.
-
This is the same line up as I would choose also.
-
This sems to be so typical of Dyer!, still can't help but feel for the lad.
-
Either Houllier or Hitzfeld and wouldn't say no Lippi.
-
force him to work for us at the point of gun? Who knows if that was the case? Who knows if he was approached in a manner that would have given him enough confidence to take on the job. All i know is that hes not the manager and the person i would blame for that is Shepherd until i know otherwise. you really think after Soumess there was anything that FF could have said to have persuaded MON? Note that not a single person on here ever believes anything coming out of his fat gob, but you expect top managers to do so.... Thats all very true dont get me wrong, but again it all boils down to the fact that if FF hadnt made all these stupid decisions we could have had M'ON here, judging by M'ONs character he would have loved this challenge but of course FF was there to complicate the situation.. We were never going to get MON!, as I have said before he was openly critical of Fat Fred when they sacked Sir Bobby. So there was no way we were going get him while Shepherd was still at the helm.

It was a great game well worth watching, Real Madrid were definately the better all over the field, their defence was just awesome today if only our guys could just half what they do I would be happy.
-
Definately cheap, cheap option!, plus the fact nobody else wanted this job anyway we have become a poisoned chalice while Shepherd and the Halls are still at this club, whatwe need is a giant laxative to rid the shit from top to bottom.
