Very touching piece from Caulkin. Hard to read.

Top stuff from Caulkin.

There were a few, a small few on Saturday who were still for him, one guy near me kept saying he was supporting him, then changed his mind about 70 minutes in, said he could take no more and started belting out the songs wanting him out, had me in stitches, the sudden change of heart.

The whole cockney thing is boring. I was born in London and have lived here all my life but am in no way a 'cockney', my Mum and her family are from Walker and since i was born i've spent long periods of time up in Newcastle. I go to every game, home and away and find the whole cockney thing so tedious. Anyway, back on point, what does one game to save yourself achieve? Say we win, and then lose the next game 4-0, does he get another game to save himself? Just get rid, and get rid now, he's a joke, the players are not playing for him, that much is obvious.

If he really does only have two/three games to save his job, then it's the beginning of the end, woohoo! Even if by a miracle he won all three games, it's only a matter of time before we start losing again under him, a few wins will merely be a stay of execution. Probably wishful thinking on my part though. Sadly.

Was it Dave Watson?, former Barnsley Goalkeeper and now Goalkeeper Coach for England?

Can't stand Sherwood, his only positive is that he is not Pardew.
-
This, got Sherwood written all over it, with Sir Les as number two to get the fans on board.
-
Disgusting. Pardew is a complete shitpouch. Hull City. Jesus wept.

First thing I saw when I looked up from my seat in the Leazes End was the banner, great work to all involved.

I know, I couldn't believe what i was hearing!

This, totally agree. Never quite get the English mentality when watching football, Cabella did a couple of step overs and looked to create something but sadly came to nothing and the lads sat around me starting moaning, berating the lazy little so and so, moments later Colback crashed into someone and they were up out of their seats clapping and going batshit mental over his brilliance. Football fans, strange.

Came across as a right arrogant prick, full of his own self importance, and what was he wearing?!

I was born in London and have spent my life in London, my Mum and her family are all Geordies, from Walker, Wallsend & Byker, and i used to spend every holiday as a youngster in Newcastle with family, the long summer evenings in Spanish City! The first game i recall going to at St James' Park was a friendly against Sporting Lisbon where Lee Clark excelled and quickly became my fave player, that was the season we blew the then Division One away, i was fortunate to get to many of the games that season. Most of my pals are Chelsea season ticket holders but family ties meant my team is Newcastle, had all the kits when i was little, always the odd one out around my way.

Loved a bit of Sérgio Conceição too.

Alvaro Recoba

Bosingwa, apart from a great strike against Norwich has been poor, one of Chelsea's weaker links.

Mentioned about Vicente in 'Other clubs Transfers'. A huge signing, if he stays fit long enough, sadly has ankles made of glass.

Ex Valencian Vicente Rodriguez looks set to join Brighton and Hove Albion in the Championship.

Yohan Cabaye (now sporting coordinator at Paris Saint-Germain)

Pardew "I’ve been really impressed with him. I showed him my tactical game-book and he was very attentive - understanding and getting a grip of things very quickly. Just Brilliant :-) -
Michael Carrick and Darren Bent were both in Vilamoura last week. Carrick with pals, Bent with two lasses.
