I’d say Dubravka is semi-decent with his feet but he’s glued to his line which mitigates a lot of his ability with the ball.

No-one’s saying it’s straightforward. He might not be up to Pope’s standard with all aspects of his game at first but you have to trust Howe to make the call that his ability to play will offset any deficiencies. The nightmare scenario is obviously Onana but I trust Howe and I don’t think it’s likely.

A lot of people are going to be pleasantly surprised when they see the difference a goal keeper playing out from the back makes to our team.
