  1. I feel your pain. If Moyes went tomorrow I would rather we gave the job to Les fucking Reed than that utter cunt Benitez. Must be especially bad for you since he replaced Mourinho, who is probably the ideal manager.
  2. You guys have issues with Webb and Clattenburg too? Have you seen the decisions Webb gives against us everytime he refs our games. How he's still allowed to ref our games is a complete joke. Clattenburg hasn't refereed an Everton game, home or away, since the derby at Goodison a few years ago when he was so biased it was unreal. Nothing official has ever been said, but it's pretty obvious that he's not allowed to officiate our games anymore because of it. Today's performance by Webb was not far off being as bad. Disgraceful stuff. I remember seeing a 'highlight' reel (if you can call it that) last year of all the stuff Webb has fucked up against Spurs and it was shocking.
  3. Because football is your main sport. 99% of Indians don't give a shit about anything but cricket. Hence, they produce top class cricketers regularly rather than the class footballers that come out of West Africa.

    Dan Gosling

Beardsley-esque??? Oh dear. He's got no technique whatsoever.
  5. We were shit today and deserved nothing out of the game but Howard Webb is a blatant cheat. Arsenal should have had at least one player sent off and we had a stonewall pen turned down. Aside from that, he was so biased with his cards and free kick decisions it was a joke. Absolute fucking disgrace. He should never be allowed to ref one of our games again, just like Clattenburg isn't.

    The England Thread

Baines has confidence issues and took a while to settle in at Everton. I remember Paul Jewell saying he had similar problems in the early days at Wigan. After he got settled in here, he has been one of the best left backs in the league for 2 seasons and counting. There's only Cole I'd definitely take over him (with Clichy & arguably Evra being on the slide now). I'm sure if he got some more gametime for England and a bit of an arm round the shoulder from the coaches he would do just as well in international football as he does in the Prem. Won't happen though. They don't really need to take on a project when they can just pick Gibbs who will do a good job.
  7. Delfouenso Wilshere I know he's been injured but Rodwell is a bigger talent than half the names on that list
  8. Wasn't it that cunt Paul Robinson? He fouled Fellaini and the ref turned a blind eye for the umpteenth time so he'd had enough and kicked him in the bollocks Shouldn't have done it like and we're going to miss him while he's suspended... but I can understand why he lashed out. He played very well too, made a huge difference to having Heitinga there.
  9. If our game with Blackpool wasn't the best match today then the Pope is an orange proddy bastard. I haven't watched MOTD in years but I know it will still be one of the last games on.... Man Utd played today you know!

    Gareth Bale

    I called it..... totally wrong.
  11. Eh? that would more than likely ruin him. Why? Playing abroad for a team like Real or Barca would be fantastic for him. He's young enough that even if it didn't work out he cold come back a stronger person and better for the experience. If he played well he'd be absolutely adored by both sets of fans. Worst case scenario would be if he went and didn't get a game. He'd be back in a year or 2 playing for Man Utd. Real would not be a good move for him. The ideal situation for Bale is to stay with us a few years and grow as a player imo BUT if he was to move on it's painfully obvious that Man United would be the best move for him to grow as a player. No, going abroad and playing a different style of football in a different culture would be best for growing as a player.
  12. Bridge and then Kolarov were LB tonight weren't they? This result is made all the sweeter as Mancini brought on Kompany to shore up for the draw. f***ing boring defensive t***. Oh. Must have been Kolarov then. I only watched the last 20-odd minutes and assumed it was Barry... dark hair, slow, untidy style of play & just generally a bit shit. He was near £20m wasn't he? Another top buy
  13. Gareth Barry is so poor he actually pisses me off when I watch him. Especially playing left back tonight. Watching an Ann Widecombe striptease would be easier on the eye.
  14. I know English commentators on European games that don't involve your team are just....
  15. Mancini won't be there this time next year. Very, very average manager that couldn't fail at Inter.
  16. That is some of the worst logic I've ever known. Wow.
  17. Maresca was good when Sevilla won those UEFA Cups. Not sure what he's like these days though. Kezman is shit and always has been.

    Kevin Nolan

I saw that. Makes no sense at all. Totally different position and style to Pienaar, you wouldn't want to sell and he wouldn't get Cahill out of our side anyway. Top paper, the Metro.
  19. Yeah that's it. Honestly, they make my brain hurt. Some of the awards for strikers especially are utter bollocks iirc.
  20. Think he was one of their main scouts for a few years
  21. Commoli isn't as bad as some people make him out, he did make some really good signings at Spurs. He also had his fair share of flops though and certainly isn't the reason they are doing so well right now which he tries to claim all the credit for. He likes to play the political game. I don't see this ending well.
  22. Poor judgement on your part. Want to expand on why you think so? Don't let the fact he's an excellent player stop you from seeing what he acts like. There's been enough twattish incidents in his short career. Fabregas is a cool laid back dude. I can't think of any of these incidents you refer to. Off the top of my head- running on the pitch after the game vs Hull when he wasn't even on the bench and acting like a hardman, spitting at the Hull assistant in the tunnel, giving Mark Hughes abuse post-game at Blackburn, play acting to get his supposed friend Arteta sent off & spitting in Ballack's face. He's far from laid back or cool. All our players sit on the seats behind the bench if they are out injured and come on the pitch at the end of the game to celebrate sometimes, he never spat at Horton, he was cleared. All he said to Hughes was something like i can't believe you played for Barca when your team are playing like that. He surely did spit at Horton. Why would him and other Hull staff make it up & state so officially to the FA? He only got cleared because there was no evidence- the refs had gone to their dressing room so didn't witness it and there was no CCTV. The FA don't take one (or more) persons word above another persons. Like in the Emre case (dare I say it )
