Makes Gerrard and Ronaldo look honest. Gobby little twat as well. I don't know how an opposition player hasn't lost the plot and just snapped him by now. Been doing it for years.

Down- Wigan, Blackburn, Blackpool Up- QPR, Norwich, Cardiff

That kind of self-interest is why it will never come back.

Every team that comes to Goodison and plays 10 behind the ball gets a point at least. It's been happening all season and Moyes still hasn't got a fucking clue what to do about it. Terrible tactics.
-
In the kind of way that you'd like to spread it though? Pics so we can decide ourselves seems the only logical solution to me like.

Yeah, he can stretch a defence with his pace on the break. He can be hit & miss when he goes on a run with the ball though tbh because his control & first touch aren't exactly the greatest. I think his biggest strength is the runs he makes off the ball. Intelligent in creating space for himself and losing his marker. I don't think there's a game he's played in for us where he hasn't got himself at least one clear chance thanks to his movement. More than I can say for that lump Anichebe and there were plenty of games in the first half of the season when Saha didn't get a sniff at goal, nevermind fashion himself a proper chance.

I haven't seen any stat's, I would think you were well into double figures for chances and you're always under pressure if you don't take them. For that reason I can understand how people can say that you were poor. I think it's a bit daft to say we were poor in general when our defence was largely solid and the midfield played well and put together several cracking moves. Especially on the counter in the second half. It's just up front that we were/are poor. Saha had a bad time of it in front of goal but he can hold the ball up. Beckford can't do that job at all so he had to go off despite looking sharper in front of goal than Saha (was unlucky when Harper made that great save). I'd like to see how we'd get on with a more reliable partner for Beckford, more and more I think the lad will get goals in the right system.

Horrible little manc though, not just a kid. Well in Chiles

Most of baines quality delivery comes from set pieces He is nowhere near as effective as Enrique offensively or defensively Rubbish. Most of Baines' quality delivery comes from open play if you actually watch him. It's only recently he's even started to get a look in at taking set pieces (previously Arteta took everything) and his dead ball delivery isn't as consistent as his crossing. 9 assists this season. Going to be the 2nd season in a row he's got more than any other defender by some distance. Enrique is a very good player but it's daft to suggest he's better going forward than Baines. Enrique probably edges it defensively (though Baines supposed 'weakness' in that area can be massively overstated, purely because of his size).

Kuqi?! I actually winced when I read that. Us having only 3 strikers seems a lot more appealing when the alternative is him
-
He's been utter shit for half a season then turned it on in the last 4/5 games. They're top of the league and not missing Saha at all.
-
Eh? Can you explain both terms and the context? Don't really get it.
-
'King' Kenny will be proclaimed a tactical genius if they win. If they lose nothing will be said about that utter clusterfuck of a team selection. wtf is it?
-
I thought his family were scousers? He's a big Everton fan because of his dad.
-
Hopefully, could be a good run in. I'd love Arsenal to win the league. Why? Biggest gang of snidey cunts in the league. I think I would actually vomit if I saw Fabregas lift the league title.

What did Everton do with the Rooney cash? If we can get several £7-8m players in the summer and a good solid striker we might come out of this ok. It was on deadline day so in the January we signed Beattie for £6m Then in the summer got Simon Davies , Phil Neville , Per Kroldrup , Nuno Valente , Andy van der Meyde & made Arteta's loan permanent . Whatever was left over either went to the bank or towards Johnson & Lescott the following summer.
-
£35m is ridiculous cash. From a neutral pov, the only downside is the lack of time in the window to replace him. Obviously you'll be gutted he wanted out since he's a local lad etc. NUFC haven't done badly out of it at all though.
-
The story is more that he wants to sign for Chelsea and not Barca/Inter/City etc rather than just him wanting out. The fact it's in the January window instead of waiting for the summer too.

Tony Barrett? Very good journo and a decent fella. For a red like.

You seem to be doing that a lot atm. What happened to Gueye? and where did that Azerbaijani go? Edit: Joao Silva too? Gueye looked good, if a bit raw, in pre-season and a cup match but hasn't had a look in since for some reason. The Azerbaijani still isn't an Everton player, we've got first option or something weird. Joao Silva is in the reserves and we'll probably never see him again. taxfree- yeah, 6ft 3 at 19. The greek Andy Carroll tbh.
-
Fuck a Suarez. We've signed a 19yr old Greek striker. Have that.

Bucketloads of experience, still better than Corluka or Hutton, the best this season at keeping Bale quiet, could be good for us for 18 months. On the forums the vast majority seem keen on the idea as well.. Having seen Hutton's positional play this season, that isn't really surprising. Is he shite better than Hutton or Corluka. He's deeply average, old, earns too much money and his one supposed major asset (his leadership) is massively overstated. I'd drive him down there myself for the kind of deal talked about.
