MAG FUCKING NIFICENT.
-
Barton unreal today.
-
Ronaldo has a fiver on 6-1.
-
So what? He's really good at taking penalties. And still not as good as Shola.
-
Someone will fuck him today. You watch.
-
Bardsley is a dirty fucker. Was only a matter of time until that fucking wingnut got booked.
-
Cattermole shit his pants.
-
Andy Gray - which forward would you prefer again?
-
Not liking how deep we've started here.
-
Let's not concede here please.
-
Welbeck would've been the guy I'd took off.
-
I think this change could suit us.
-
Agree Dave. Their formation worries me - it's going to demand more of the same in terms of tempo from us for the rest of the game. Edit - OR another Toon goal which will make them go 2 up top which would be better for us imo.
-
Thats a booking for Turner shirley?
-
Barton can easily draw a foul out of the full back or Cattermole here.
-
Their formation is ensuring they're seeing plenty of the ball. We're carrying Nolan in the middle too meaning they've got at least one extra man free all of the time. If they find the right through ball on the break we're gonna struggle here.

What a ball Barton.

What was the Steve Bruce song there?

If he leaves his destination will be Chelsea. Man City = Life of Hell. Madrid/Barca = Coleen and Co having the hump = Life of Hell. The Rest = Won't pay him what he could get at Man City or Chelsea = Him feeling undervalued. I'd not be at all surprised to see him stay though. I wonder if Chelsea would do a swap deal with Drogba? The Drog, as good as he is, is getting on and can only have 2 or 3 years left in him + it would shave a fair old whack off the wage bill for them. That said, the Chelsea spine (Terry, Lampard, Drog) is almost as aging as Man Utd's and nor have they invested heavily in their first team for a while, so Man Utd would argue his decision to throw the teddies out of the pram was based on finance rather than ambition and he'd be the new Cashley. No win situation surely?
-
Kaiz, I would if we get him in on sensible wages - he would do Andy Carroll the world of good in terms of development and would also act as decent cover. We obviously have a greater need for a pacey striker with lots of movement so he's probably a luxury we couldn't justify financially. If we could though, then he's be a yes from me, on a one year deal.

Since David Batty you mean, pisses all over Parker. Agreed.
