  1. He'll end up wherever Ashley buys. Probably them twats down the road.
  2. Second this ( but not the expecting to win and by how many bit, I was always too cautious which made the relief better when it played out over the 90mins). We smoked everyone back then. I'd turn up 99% sure we'd win pretty much every week. At home we were immense. I've never been more in love with my football club than at those times. I don't give a shit about trophies, league wins, I just want to love my club again. I want the new owners to have good intentions. I want to believe again and I want my two sons to be able to grow up proud to say that we are a family of NUFC fans. Not ashamed.
  3. I'd drop the cunt off tomorrow, with or without a takeover.
  4. As someone who grew up as a ST holder during the KK years, trust me when I say, if this is as it appears on the surface, for those unfamiliar with NUFC as a good club, a competitive club, a club with good intentions - you are in for one hell of a ride. I used to go to every home game, getting to the ground for 130pm thinking only of how many we'd score, how many we'd win by, being disappointed when we drew at home (!) and taking delight in every top player linked and then inevitably signed. The atmosphere was out of this world. The momentum frightening. When that city is behind it's football team, I mean like fully on board, there is nothing like it anywhere. Buckle up.
  5. Don't see that. He'll have a point to prove. He always fucking does. He appears to be driven in such a petty way. I'd wager good money, he'll go for the mackems tbh. If not them, then someone else. Also, I don't imagine him even contemplating retirement/semi retirement at the minute. His wealth is down by an absolute shit tonne. At it's peak, his wealth was circa £2bn. I'd be surprised if it's not closer to £500m now. He'll be driven to return to those levels imho. The only thing delaying him getting back into football is that I reckon he'll try to take SD private again. That's whats driven him to getting this far with our sale imho.
  6. ‘Pound for pound’. ‘Cups are not a priority’. ‘A player has never rejected us because of our training facilities’.
  7. It was reported yesterday that there as a 'public knowledge' clause in their contract/agreement whereby Ashley would recieve a fee from Staveley in the event this was leaked/got into the public domain before completion rumoured to be either £250k or between £5m-£10m depending on which side you believe. He has recieved that payment according to the report. Probably leaked it himself in January then the heinous cunt.
  8. Bet you he can't make a mean tetleys either
  9. Just watched it all, so this our potential new chairman? Holy shit, this is insane. His knowledge of numbers is fucking insane. Really hope he is involved in the club in some way. What a figurehead he would be. Whisper it, but almost has as much gravitas as Lee Charnley.
  10. I wouldn't keep the cunt on to run the under 10's. Next.

    Sunderland

Ashley will buy these and they'll love him for it.
  12. The randoms had subscribed to the companies and received email alerts from CH's this morning, that's all. Shown up the journo's & ITK's something rotten. Totally agree. Hope nobody ever forgets how weak the local press have been during the Ashley reign. Absolutely rotten.
  13. That's all the more interesting given his previous links/relationship with SSN.
  14. Imagine if the Reubens had bought that property at Strawberry place anonymously!
  15. Kanj - £150m down and then seller financed hence the earlier MASH Docs?
  16. Isn't that exactly whats in Dokko's post, something from PCP to St James Holdings? I dunno much about companies house stuff tbf. Yes, some of the one's associated with the club have changed, although why St James Holdings is lending money is a strange one. Could it be a charge for some kind of Deposit? Someone on twitter has said it means Ashley takes the club back if they default on the loan? Wouldn't surprise me for him to insert something like that. That would be correct given my experience IF the loan is defaulted. Or at least it's a possibility.
  17. Appears there is some degree of seller financing from Ashley/MASH Holdings to the buyer which is a bit of a surprise given the relative wealth involved. Also Michael Murray is Ashleys son in law not lawyer. Looks like Staveley/Cantervale are the coordinators and pulling the strings with the money men, giving them undertakings/guarantees along the way which perhaps confirms whats been reported.
  18. I've taken the decision this morning to come away from NUFC altogether. Can't get any form of enjoyment out of this version of the club, Steve Bruce, the local press, the twatful hangers on and obviously the heinous ownership/leadership teams. So, after 33 years, that's it. I'm out. Be back if/when a takeover ever happens. Good luck guys .
  19. Horseshit. I’m beginning to think you are some kind of Russian influencing operation. Or just a braindead knobhead. If you’re a Sheff Utd fan you’re scratching your head wandering how they’ve lost by two goals there. Lucky cabbage heed.
  20. I'm so fucked off with the whole thing at the minute. I remember my old man being furious with the Souness appointment and concluding that the whole thing was a waste of time and he literally walked away and barely gives NUFC a second thought these days. If you look back at us since, it was a fucking shrewd move. I know that once I kill the engagement completely, I'll be the same. I've already stopped the kids going to any away games, people buying them jerseys etc. I'm honestly so close to fucking it all off it's untrue.
  21. Chris he was given the job because he's bang average at best It's the fucking epitomy of bang average  That's why the fat cunt appointed him. Yes Mike, no Mike, fuck all money - that's fine Mike. The fucking pen top was off before he'd even read the contract that's how desperate the cabbage heed was. His contract could literally be written in crayon saying 'Steve will suck me off upon every visit to the training ground' and he'd have still signed it. He's here because he's barely competent and very grateful. Same as Charnley, half the players, Shola/Harper and most of the staff. He's completely complicit in the regime. He reckons he didn't even ask Ashley if he intended to sell the club. After the speculation of this summer Literally no interest in his long term employment prospects, just 'where should I sign Mike?'. Fucking bunch of pricks, the whole lot of them.
