Newcastle United vs. Manchester City: 28/09/24 @ 12:30 (TNT Sports)

Urgh. Happy to have him missing against us (not that it'll make much difference lol), but this could be enough to give Arse or Pool an edge over the season. Either of those winning the league is pure -

Fuck me, we're gonna get massacred next week

We're junk. The whole feeling of the club seems wrong. Tension between manager and board, and at least two players (Gordon, Isak) who'll probably be eyeing a move next year. Still think we'll manage 7-8th, but it may result in changes to management and the exit of players we hoped to keep. Looks like Villa will be the club the scare the cartel 6 not us over the next few years.

Lot of click bait trash on Newsnow with the local press, such as "Fresh Alexander Isak injury update as Newcastle United striker ruled out for three months".

Fulham vs. Newcastle United: 21/09/24 @ 15:00 (No UK TV)

Fuck me 6 points from that lot would be a decent return, especially if we're still struggling on the striker front. -
It brings more money to the bigger clubs, and pretty much guarantees them a place the knock outs. They won't change it back because it will work as intended.

Turf toe It's going to happen all over again, isn't it?

Diabolical that. If we don't see Barnes or Tonali early in the second half, this game is gone. I genuinely thought we would perform today and turn a corner on away performances. -

Paul Mitchell to leave club by mutual consent at end of June (Official)

Reading Mitchell's comments in the Times, would understand if Howe is super annoyed. He seems a bit of a twat tbh -
Hopefully ready after the international break

Once Man U and Chelsea get their new grounds signed and approved, we'll likely have around 12 months before infrastructure spending is incorporated into PL and UEFA spending limits!

Can't see Botman and Lascelles being much use let alone starting till at least the Spring. It takes a long, long time to recover from ACLs, and the history of this injury type suggests these two players will only back up to scratch come the 25/26 season.

So on course then. Some people thought he would be back next month Don't think he'll be sharp enough to be a starter till Feb or March, and even then it'll likely be next season when he's back to normal.
