I really doubt that like. There is a 0.00% chance this is true. He's going to Los Angeles. [iTK] In fact, he's got his first photoshoot in the redesigned LA kit tomorrow. You'll start seeing them pop up here and there soon. [/iTK]

It was when he put it on his head, his black forest getto hairstyle bent it! what

Djibril Cisse to be our version of El Hadji Diouf?

Broken legs aren't hamstring pulls you morons. In any case, I don't rate him all that highly. On the cheap I might be convinced. -
I wish I was like 6 foot 9

I think just about everyone in this thread is overestimating how much skill being a scout actually takes. In fact, I would say that anyone who has played and coached at a high level club has the tools to spot talent. It isn't really that difficult, especially at youth levels where the real gems always stand out in a few key areas of the game (technique, physical attributes, pace, etc).

Not passionately, but I live in NYC and follow MLS very closely.

Just watched this on YouTube. Excellent goal.

He's still very raw - He missed two chances far easier than the one he scored in that match. Very direct, very strong, and might be a better prospect than a certain F. Adu.

Halitosis is no laughing matter.

There are so many covered eyes and plugged ears in this thread!

look on thier official website, i think you will be proved wrong http://www.coloradorapids.com/index.asp I was right! They changed their logo and colors, but not the name. Of course, I had an unfair advantage in knowing this information.

I don't think the team will actually adopt the "Arsenal" name. Nike has been fighting it, as the team wears adidas and will do so for at least the next 7 seasons.

hay guys what's going on in this thread? I heard we're swapping T27 for someone on the Chelsea board. Is this true?

Is this another "funny" word filter? It's even funnier if it's not.

Cambodia bans foreign players for being "too good"

I almost want to criticise him just to see what he'll throw back at me. -
But those clubs you mentioned didn't think he was good enough to go and sign him did they ? This is another one of my least favorite arguments, right alongside "apart from the goals..." "If he's any good he wouldn't have signed for us." So the only players good enough to play for Chelsea, Inter and Marseille must already play there, according to your logic. Does my head in.

On par with baseball contracts, sorta. A-Rod has a similar deal, but the contract length is longer. Beckham will be the highest payed athlete in North America. The wages have been higly inflated in the media. His salary is actually only 51m over 5 years, with the rest coming from endorsements. It's still a high salary for a pro athlete in America, but by no means the highest. £ or $? Still a canny wage in either currency! Sorry, that's $51m over 5 years. I think that works out to about £100,000 p/w.

Taylor 27, what's your argument? That we shouldn't test for drugs in football simply because testing as a process is flawed?

Innovative idea, you obviously put a lot of thought into this. But in the end, the people who make the decisions in football dont place parity very high on their priority lists.
