We beat some decent teams in the Intertoto Cup and of course qualified for the UEFA Cup through it. They beat 4th Division Tranmere Rovers to win the Pizza Cup and in doing so took the trophy off current holders, 4th Division Salford City. How they've got the nerve to mock our Intertoto win and yet celebrate their Papa John pizza Cup wildly I do not know. It is quite amusing though! I keep reading that we're jealous and envious :lol: They also keep mentioning how we wanted 10K for the game at their place in January 2019 - erm yes, that was nothing to do with on field matters though - it was to take the piss out of their fans FFS! Cracking 90 minutes of piss-taking songs that was! 0-0 at half time too!
