Each to their own but I’ve never left early and never will - it’s like going to watch a movie and leaving before the end! (PS - Unless Michelle Keegan wanted to meet me in Popworld!)

It could easily have been 7 or 8 if it wasn’t for him - the very least of our worries yesterday The Man Utd move has definitely affected people’s opinions

My Da first took me when I was a bairn in 84 - East Stand (benches!) front row in between the Gallowgate box and halfway line (seat 133 I think!) - Sloanes (now the Hancock) pre-match every game with a trip to the old supporters shop (loved that place) near Haymarket bus station on the way up! I remained there until 91 when I started going with mates and we varied where we went - corner, scoreboard, Leazes and Milburn paddocks where we got season tickets until 94 where I moved to my current seat now just behind the Gallowgate goal! Great memories and although I can see the logical side of a new ground, the reasons why I want us to remain! Love these last few pages!

If I was still gambling I’d be lumping every penny I could on Isak SOT Evens on 365! Mates have maximum stakes between £20 and some £40!

Athletic Newcastle’s 4-2 loss at Brentford prompted action. Howe’s one-on-ones with his entire first-team squad was pivotal in Newcastle’s reset. He encouraged players to speak their minds and list their concerns, but then emphasised some basic truths. The season was in the balance and would fork in one of two directions. Perhaps their reputations — his included — would do likewise. For lots of reasons, it had been a bruising summer and autumn, but they had to get a grip. Most basic of all, they had to get a win and follow it up with another. After Brentford, when Newcastle were 12th in the table, they had won twice in 11 Premier League matches. Every manager needs positive results to reinforce their methods, to give players buy-in and although Howe felt his side were not too far away, results offered a counter-argument. When confidence suffers, performances follow, doubts fester, pressure mounts. It is something Howe has said repeatedly in public, during good times and bad: “Winning shapes everything”.

We need the Indian war-cry fella back from the late 80s / early 90s from upstairs in the East Stand! Harry Palmer with his guitar on the pitch pre-match too!
