Only place I have seen them is in that article.. that paper may be the Dutch version of the sport Double Dutch more like! It's an Indonesian paper, isn't it?
-
I am so fkn happy he is though, this is one occasion where I hope his childishness wins Someone should tell him Dalglish has once pissed on a Sports Direct window and that Ian Ayre has hooked up with his ex-wife. That should do it!

Never seen him play. How is he? Is he quick? Because we need some speed in attack.. Toivonen is a good player. 6'3" tall and with good technique. He isn't a speed merchant but isn't slow either. He's really good at holding up the ball and playing in other players. But he's still a pretty good goalscorer as well. Would fit us really well IMO. And as a bonus he's from my part of Sweden as well. And for that alone I'd want him at Newcastle.

BPLTransferNews TransferNews Reports suggest #NUFC want Erik Pieters to replace Enrique if he leaves Don't know his track record with transfers, but Pieters, from what I've seen of him would be a good replacement.

So what bills has Tiote refused to pay then?
-
Sounds like Forster's started the 2nd half pretty well.
-
Seems to me like it's the player's agent that claims he's injured, no?
-
Name's far too long. Do you really think Ashley's going to shell out on that sort of lettering every game? But he's also commonly known as 'Kolo' apparently. Colo/Kolo left-sided partnership. Seems alright.

That came out wrong I hope...

As opposed to what? Just having 11 decent players? Don't worry, that'll be the case soon. I seriously doubt Barton is the perfect player for a bench role. He is after all in his own mind the best English midfielder. But he's better than no-one that's for sure.

That doesn't go against what I was saying anyway, it shows that most clubs have got players in, even if we're slightly higher than average. It's only 1 player making that difference. I know that. Just was interested in how many players each team has brought in that's all. Call it a courtesy table.

The majority of Premiership clubs have bought players in, I would say that we are somewhere in the middle of the clubs who have and haven't. Also, we'll only know if we've done well when players start producing on the pitch. Sunderland 10 Norwich 7 Fulham 5 Bolton 4 Liverpool 4 Newcastle 4 Chelsea 3 Man City 3 Man Utd 3 QPR 3 Swansea 3 West Brom 3 Wolves 3 Arsenal 2 Aston Villa 2 Blackburn 2 Stoke 2 Tottenham 1 Wigan 1 Everton 0 * Great formatting there btw. The point is though, how many of those teams have sold 42M+ worth of players in the last 2 windows? I wasn't trying to prove a point. Just posted an admittedly s*** table with the incoming transfers of each team. Everton have sold 35 millions worth and only bought Zog. Villa even. And they've bought Given as well.

To world famous pundit AS9 he was.
-
Especially since he rabbles on about "the truth" all the time. All he does is giving small snippets that can be interpreted in many ways. If you're so fucking concerned about "the truth" Joey man, spill it. At least than you would have respect from most supporters.

I'll go with blind optimism everytime. There are enough negative (or realistic) bastards on here anyway.
-
On the other hand, IF we managed to get Johnson on loan it would be quite a replacement, no?
-
As time goes on, Andy Carroll's decision to leave us looks more and more justified, tbh. He was pushed man. Everyone knows that.

Pre-season specialist Haris Vučkić joins FC Twente
clintdempsey replied to Skirge's topic in Football
Good interview with Haris up on NufcTV. He seems a really good lad. His enthusiasm for the game shines through and you can tell that he absolutely loves it right now. It's nice to see the spirit of the young lads IMO, balances up the doom & gloom of this pre-season a fair bit. Gets a wee bit boring just listening to rants from senior pros and various fans slagging each other and/or the club off. -
