  1. He didn't even do anything. He's still lush He's an utter wanker and a first class coward.
  2. Italy are a shocking team to watch, always have been.
  3. The draw is 2/1, just whacked £10.50 on it. Cannavaro is so shit these days, and such a wanker.

It's not 'their' World Cup. It's the 'World' cup and they should embrace common footballing culture.

Aye, because 'fat shirtless geordies' disrupt the atmosphere and enjoyment of the World Cup. Not to mention team cohesion. It's noise for the sake of it and the worthless wankers should join a band if they want to blow horns for 2 hours.
  6. I agree Erm..... no 'the f*** you noing at? Its a bit of outrageous statement, he hasn't proven himself at any decent level to be even close to being a thought. I like him, he'll challenge soon I reckon, but definitely not now He was by far our best defender excluding Enrique last time we were in the Premier League, He had good games against Arsenal and Boro, that's all I can say that's positive.
  7. He'll come good in the right system.
  8. He's not as good as Dawson, man. People like Wullie just aren't big enough to admit that a player they once ridiculed has now become a solid option. Things change, there's a time to hold the hands up. As for Williamson, he has all of Dawson's weaknesses and few of his strengths.

    Jonas Gutierrez

Come on, he's hardly good enough to play on the wing for Argentina. He's done it before but they have an absolute wealth of talent in that area now and Jonas is no more than an average to good attacker.
  10. Not quite the point but I love that song and it's sent you well up in my estimation.
  11. A formation which would have our best player out of position, daft.
  12. Pace through the middle would have won us the game. It's in a situation like that where a Defoe or even a Walcott would be effective. They were pushing up to win the first ball against Rooney and deny him any space to turn and run, a quick striker playing on the shoulder would have certainly got in behind several times in that second half.
  13. If Capello was planning to play Heskey, why on earth didn't he start a single game out of the three friendlies? We cannot play him beyond the group stage, his presence in the team puts all the goalscoring pressure on Rooney, who just won't rise to it. Sir Alex has shown how to get the best out of Rooney this season, and Capello seems to have ignored it.
  14. Carragher will get absolutely anihilated by the better players in this tournament. If he's staying in the team we're going to be embarrassed.
  15. Heskey had a good game like, it could still be a good partnership - i don't know why Rooney remained so withdrawn in the second half. It seemed such a waste when we've got both Gerrard and Lampard deep through the middle, to have Rooney back there trying to pull the strings. Heskey probably should have paved way for Rooney to lead the line - but i'd still say the combination will work with a bit of finetuning. What's so frustrating is what a pointless waste of time those friendlies have turned out to be. Heskey did well with his back to goal but he just doesn't and will not exploit the space created by Rooney's presence. A 4-1-4-1 would suit those players best once Barry returns.
  16. Give SSN a ring and the dole queue will be a distant memory.
  17. Capello will pay the price for swapping players around like they belong in a sticker book. The wingers don't have a clue. SWP is a utter disgrace of a footballer, what on earth is he doing on the pitch ahead of Joe Cole or even Adam Johnson? And Milner on the wing? As for that strike partnership, enough said, if we reach the QFs i'll be surprised.
  18. I'm amazed there's someone out there that wants us to start David James, he's the sure way to go out before the QF.
  19. Lampard should have been given the armband.
