Scholes at his best was the best of the lot, but his prime only lasted 4 years.

True, like. Only rubbish like Man Utd, Real Madrid & AC Milan. Man U got rid of him in that period, he won nowt at Madrid until the season he was peripheral and he's now a substitute at Milan who have him on loan.

As much as Gerrard is a tad overrated, he could have walked into any team in europe in the last 7 years and won all of that. You cannot say the same about Beckham.

Tbh I say we lock this thread now. As for the injury, I hope it ends his career.

By the time he returns it'll be nearly 2 years since he last scored in a league start.
