If this was the issue with Cabella, I wouldn't have a problem with it. It's the fact a technically accomplished player isn't having any impact on games because he can't physically hold his own.
-
How many times does he gets muscled away from/out of possession? Two totally different aspects of the game being discussed here.
-
I agree that Cabella needs to bulk up and start shouldering a challenge in order to compete in this league. But come on, he's way better than the alternatives we have. Gouffran, Obertan, Sammy and Joans wouldn't be worth 12 million combined. He clearly has something about him. Nobody wants Ben Arfa, yet he's miles better than Cabella, unfortunately. I'd start Cabella every game because he's better than alternatives, doesn't mean there isn't massive room for improvement. And yes, everyone knows Hatem is better.

Well, he 'beats' his man, on average, 2.2 times a game. I've not found how many attempts he makes, yet. What does this rubbish even mean? Next you'll be telling me Sol Campbell's the quickest player in our squad . It means he successfully dribbles past his man, on average, 2.2 times a season. Sounds pretty shit imo.

That's not the point, though, Messi's strong on the ball. Cabella's extremely weak on it.
-
And how many times a game does he lose out in a shoulder-to-shoulder? Cabella's a weakling and it's held him back big time this season in additional to partially explaining why real clubs didn't try to sign him.
-
I like Cabella but he's weak on the ball to an embarrassing degree.
-
Why the fuck is Valenica marking Stones?
-
Collymore would defend Hitler if he thought people would tweet him racist abuse in response. The bloke's the lowest of the low.
-
The French players clearly couldn't give two shits, mind. Though that in itself is largely the fault of the coaching staff.
-
It's not remotely unbelievable at all, though. I said back in December than my Leeds mates named Carver as the worst manager they've had in over 25 years. The bloke's just a wet blanket of a bumbling fool at every club he's ever been near.
-
On the other hand, I think we all remember when the fans roared us towards that famous 2-2 draw against Hull City.
-
The fans have been behind the team throughout Ashley's reign (until now). It's done no fucking good whatsoever.
-
I don't particularly want us to go down, but how much good has avoiding relegation 2 years ago done us?
-
Hope that's been tweeted to Armstrong.
-
QPR and Burnley are dead and buried now, like, having checked the table/fixtures.
-
Shearer's been saying plenty behind closed doors, he's fucking pathetic with the cameras on him.
-
I've said it before, it's as if somebody cut Shearer's bollocks off the second he retired from playing. Another one frightened to tell it like it is.
-
On the other hand, Villa show that having a manager with a bit about him makes a hell of a lot of difference, in spite of neglectful ownership.
-
If Cisse is back for those last fixtures he'll win us a game all by himself, anyway. Ideally we finish 17th by a single point.
-
Because people like you just want to see 2 groups of blokes in tight shorts run around for 90 minutes. Fucking jokers.
-
Surprised SAF has so much loyalty to CRon, mind. He was saying Ancelotti was the best manager he'd ever worked with about 3 weeks after Real appointed him.
-
That's utter bollocks. There's thousands of football fans all over the country who love going to watch their football club and have done since they were small children. It's in their blood and despite how bad things get simply cannot stop doing it. Yeah, they're sheep with no self-respect and you're one of them.
