One thing I will say, Martinez never had Wigan looking like a PL side, so he isn't what he's being made out to be.
Moyes is easily the more proven manager. In an ideal world you'd want someone more attacking but I'm not convinced Martinez is any sort of Keegan replica as some would have you believe.
I read something in The Sun (twas in the Barbers, no other reading material) today about him being denied planning permission to extent his gaff in Northumberland. Had no idea he still had a place up there.
The day Rob Elliott is our no.1 GK is probably the day I start doing something with my Saturdays that doesn't involve football. Truly be a spiteful kick in the bollocks for every NUFC fan.
Liverpool are top of the league with John f*cking Flanagan a key part of the back 4, seriously this is getting way overplayed.
A class manager would make this team a CL qualifier.
Liverpool have a fantastic midfield in front of the defence and better CBs to help out those next to them. Phil Jones is the best available CB Man U have got and he makes mistakes all the time.
Incredible really, considering JFK was a huge possibility until he f***ed up the Cabaye fee.
Only finished above Pards once as Everton boss
Only finished above 5th once.
So a 'fan' of a team whose last 2 managers have been Hughton and Pardew turns his nose up to David Moyes. Honestly, I hate how rubbish our fanbase has become. Deluded.
Absolutely incredible. Judging Moyes on one season makes you no better than the arseholes who bring up Pardew finishing 5th.
Not many people are judging Moyes on one season, he was at Everton a long time.
In which he consistently had them in the top 6 or challenging for it on a budget very similar to ours. End of story.
The days of us being able to bring in a manager of that calibre of long gone.
