It's an opinion with a pretty solid basis. Listen, I think MYM has the potential to be better than Taylor is, and here's another opinion: I think he will be, by far, in time. That said, right now Taylor's better suited to PL football by a distance, and by far the better partner for Coloccini.
-
I'm just saying, if Taylor's on the pitch he's the one marking Benteke and I don't think he loses him, either. He certainly doesn't just step away from the herd of bodies like MYM did.
-
He did? Didn't Benteke only score from open play against one of them? And yes, I know Sissoko was marking him at the time.
-
You're forgetting the shambles the defence was against Hull, Colo in particular. Exactly.
-
Yeah, you would. Anyone who couldn't knock the fairy off a christmas tree is your type. Yep, would've been a very good partner to help Coloccini in his first season.
-
Suarez is great be he's not Messi. He can be marked and partially nullified, to a degree.
-
I don't think there's a significant conflict in what he's saying, like. Seems strange that he'd highlight our side alone in that City game, though. Given that 3 English players (Dummett's English in spite of his ridiculous father) played for us that day and only 2 for City. Cunt.

You're confident Steven Taylor can handle Suarez and Sturridge? I'm happy to admit I rate Mapou higher than Taylor and Williamson, not sure that should be such an issue. It's not. It's just Colo and Taylor are a proven decent partnership and MYM was absolutely raped by DS last time round. Colo was raped by Suarez last time he played them. We should go Williamson & Taylor. Suarez will rape all of our CBs. That's the price you pay for spending less than a combined £8m on them in the last 5 years.
-
Carrick should have been in Barry's place. Far superior player.

Ian wants Yanga back in the side after what Sturridge did to him last time round.

I've seen him have 2 very good games, fwiw.

I like Hernandez. For a poacher he's actually a really good footballer.

Gaël Bigirimana rejoins Coventry on a permanent basis
Ronaldo replied to Fenham Mag's topic in Football
I found that generally athletes who legitimately believe 'God' to be in their corner seem to be braver, more committed, more determined to succeed and more confident about their ability to avoid failure. I've far more of a problem with cunts who believe in fuck all apart from their 'cred' and their paycheck. -
Not having a go, just offering a different perspective to your spin.

It's called sole ownership without ambition. Funny you manage to defend it every fucking day.

Redknapp in the Mail today saying part of the problem at QPR last season was the owner not spending enough money on transfers. Incredible.

Did Sir John Hall make a racist joke about Les Ferdinand ages ago?

Nice delete. -
Why would he be better off playing for Belgium with a view to achievements?

Other than the fact I have a fair few pals in West Yorkshire who support their local side I don't think it explains much at all.

Most of my mates support Leeds. They all agree that Poyet was a superb influence there, fwiw.

It doesn't fit with the legal definitions either. Fortunately that's what counts. Aye, fuck anyone offended by it. Law says it's fine. Now, where's my boot polish? There's a big difference between an insensitive comment and a racist one. Anyone taking offence to their skin tone being compared to that of a kitchen appliance is well within their rights to adopt that stance, but it's not a discrimination. -

It doesn't fit with the legal definitions either. Fortunately that's what counts. Elaborate? Counts in what sense? That Ferdinand couldn't take him to court? Not as a criminal matter, no.
