Yeah I am more or less in a similar thought process as you - probs more inclined to him going - I have to see something these last 4 matches - at the moment he is changing things every week - too many changes (ok some injuries there) - give us something to hold onto for the summer

Losing Isak yes was tough - but did we not have any contingencies in place for events like this? We pissed away 68m - 55m and 52m - utterly pathetic We were unprofessional and unprepared last summer - that’s just a fact - chasing the tails of players that didn’t want to come - surely come the summer you are way advanced in your deals I’m sorry but there are simply no excuses from the clubs point of view - none at all - it’s by in large their damage which they need to address this coming summer

If the club after months of scouting, data analysis, performances on the pitch, player regression, non performances of new signings think we only need 3/4 players then we will struggle again next season. We HAVE to replace Ramsdale, Trippier, Schar, Targett, Willock and J Murphy as a minimum We have no LB cover That’s just a starting point - by all accounts Tino and Gordon are gone 3 goalkeepers need disposing - Ruddy/Gillespie/Vlachadimos Thats a major rebuild imo We 100% need a first team CB - I don’t trust Botman and especially Burn We have to be creative in the market - I.e the Trippier replacement being RB/CB hybrid etc

He’s had 4 weeks - that’s practically a pre season - when do we start seeing results?

Ramsdale - Trippier - Tino - Schar - (Targett) - Willock - J Murphy - Gordon - 1 FWD - all these positions need replacing 6 Starters - GK - RB - CB - RW - LW - CF (even CM) 3/4,signs isn’t cutting it imo - the club needs to recognise its ballsed up last 5 windows - if it has objectives to meet for 2030 - then it needs to roll its sleeves up because we have a lot of catching up to do and a manager who is completely lost with this squad of players

Give me an example of when we have had investment of this scale

Which is the point I made before - he isn’t capable or doesn’t have the capacity to evolve

So where do we go from here? What is EH going to do differently next season?

Team selection - Pope? Burn? J Murphy? Willock? No structured football Poor tactics Barnes comes on and plays on the right?? No game plan Nothing performance Give him time on the pitch they said - we actually are worse now than before the break He is broken - I no longer trust him
