It was all totally avoidable had we implemented a footballing structure at the club that was fit for purpose A DoF is and should be above the manager - in our structure the manager has too much influence and is seemingly above the DoF - it causes poor decision making do to a lack of alignment. The vast majority of these players have been useless this season - let’s not get the violin out for them - they all are accountable for their performances on the pitch
