  1. Fucking frustrating. We've played well, if we were still 0-0 I'd be happy with that and thinking we're showing an improvement in our away performances. The standard of referring man. Makes you question what the point of even caring is when the top referees in the country are so demonstrably shit at their jobs. Doesn't matter if you play well, some blind twat in yellow will let them get away with bloody murder. Yates should have been off twice in 45 minutes, and the corner that led to their goal was a goal kick. VAR scared to overturn anything and make their shit mate look as shit as he is.
  2. Annoying as fuck as we're playing well. Playing some nice stuff going forward. Better refereeing and we're not behind
  3. Wish Tonali was starting but strong team and a lot to come from the bench. Let's go
  4. That was a brilliant watch, 30 minutes flew by. So glad we've got him, just having a manager who will work himself ragged every day trying to improve and wring every last drop out of what he's got to work with isn't something that should ever be taken for granted. Few moments on there that I'd almost forgotten about in the whirlwind of the last few years - the win away to Leeds giving the club a sense of hope and belief right before the transfer window opened, smashing Brighton right before sealing 4th. So many brilliant memories and you don't get the sense that the best has been and gone yet. Howe at the helm is taking us places. Let's collectively try to remember that the next time we hit a patch of bad form.
  5. I don't think it's out of the question that he'll play the central role with Bruno further forward regularly. If I'm remembering correctly he went there when he came on against Arsenal, and Howe had experimented with him starting there against Chelsea in the cup. Both examples I thought the midfield worked well and looked nicely balanced. Wouldn't be surprised if Howe has found a better fit for the players we've got and moves forward with it now, or at least part of the time as a different option.
  6. The more of our players that come here and then start getting into international squads the better for us. Short term it's a risk of tiredness, injury etc., but longer term it makes us a more attractive prospect to young talents coming through
  7. You can just Google "Sandro Tonali Instagram" and it's the first link, you don't even need an account to see it.
  8. Quite sweet I guess? I'm not sure what you're asking me It's the latest post on his Instagram page if you want to take a look
  9. More importantly, the lovely Juliette is still an official NUFC Wag going off their latest insta post
  10. Couple of good blocks from our lads but other than that very little to worry about. Imperious defensive performance
  11. LiquidAK

    Joe Willock

He brings us forward so well. Brilliant today
  12. This was from the Chelsea league game pre-match thread. Not far off in the end with that 2nd para. Onwards and upwards
  13. Eddie Howe masterclass and another in the eye for Nappies-Online. Things you fucking love to see
  14. Get the fuck in. Brilliant team performance. Both Tino and Hall were brilliant throughout. Longstaff, Bruno and both Joes were everywhere. Sandro the same when he came on. Fucking get in man.
  15. Great half. Pressed them really well. Longstaff is playing well - the midfield balance feels good. Need Sandro in the starting lineup but this works well too. Longterm probably Bruno and Longstaff switching roles and Sandro in for Longstaff
  16. Howe says Tonali is about managing game load. Makes sense as much as I'd have liked him to start
