  1. Nonsense. You believe that's totally beyond the realms of possibility given he was liked at board room level and job was totally safe? Pardew left because of the fans, hed never come back.
  2. Glorious, they're starting to notice.
  3. The lad had absolutely zero support when he carried the ball forward, dummet supported him once and ended up falling on his stupid face. Perez, wini and shelvey never provided an option in advanced areas either. kid was probably wondering what the fuck he'd joined.
  4. Such a talented lad but fucking hell, he hides when we play away.
  5. Nowhere near the worst of the bunch.
  6. Cuntface, it's February and you're still in the relegation zone. You're a f***ing s*** manager, and we don't even know if you know how to make use of all these players (the jury's still out on the signings themselves). The squad as we have it should be nowhere near 18th. Maybe 16th, but definitely not 18th. I don't think he reads the forum fella.
  7. Thought exactly the same.
  8. I'll give him 4 games (2 if we lose he next 2) and he will be out as Ashley will be still shitting himself and will pull the trigger very hard to see much from the next 4 games if i'm honest, WBA at home is your main hope for points out of the 4 games might as well sack him now There's points to be had from Everton, West Brom and Stoke. Obviously if he fails then he should go. Haven't we won once at Everton diver 2001? Things like that plus McClaren's dire record away from home suggest we're not getting much. Optimistic side of me says 4 points from the next 4 games which would be us on 25 points from 27 games. We really need to be winning the home game and 1 of the three away. Then you've got a run of games where you really need to pick up some serious points.
  9. Are you trying to say they couldn't have invested money in strengthening their squad? As in spending 15-20m in an attempt to stay up? Nah don't think it's worth it. Think a couple new defensive players on loan would've been ideal. Maybe another striker too. But signing players on big contracts to long term deals. Nah. They could've invested in a few players to prepare for the Championship or long term. Why is it not worth investing 15m to stay up? I don't understand this in the slightest. Because they've got absolutely no chance of it happening?

  11. Exactly what I was saying today, if someone told me we would have been one of the biggest spenders in Europe this window I would've blown me load...... But instead we have brought 2 very mediocre players ( shelvey and Townsend) and 2 foreigners I never heard of tbh genuinely would have been better if we hadn't of signed any one because least we would have an excuse when we go down There's some absolute mentalists around.
  12. Worst home defence in the league. Won three games this season.
  13. Was probably texting and then got told to go in for a quick photo Aye, Simpson's in the background having a cuppa.
  14. who? Sure we could find someone in Europe for £20m Who?
  15. Maybe they've just bid because they want to buy him.
  16. That's the point though, we apparently are not going to and it will be another case of not getting our man because we want to squabble over a few million. Hasn't only one journalist said they won't increase? you're certainly clinging onto it.
