Newcastle United vs. Queens Park Rangers - 22/12/12 @ 3pm (No TV)

Of course its not not an issue. If you went to the box office to buy 5 tickets, you dont stand and give them the 5 peoples name. -
He's notably been a lot calmer the last three games or so. Can see a massive difference in the way he has approached games. Just keeps giving the fucking ball away.

You know for a fact that if it had of went ahead and the players were pictures pissed stumbling out of bars and Pards chatting up every bird in town it would have been 'OMZGOD! THEY SHOULD BE TRAINING NOT GETTING PISSED'

Probably the first time in three years I havent looked forward to a home game. Cant see anything but a 2or3 nil defeat. -
Aye, there was even a story that said the deal was already done.
-
Aye under Roeder. Then what did Roeder do, buys Duff and plays him instead. Sure it was Freddy that bought Duff iirc.
-
Yep. Thought Mong said he wasnt?

I'd pretty much agree with all that. I didnt think we played too bad yesterday either. Had the majority of the ball certainly in the second half, they just seemed to get behind our midfield far to easily when they came forward. As for Pardew, I think you're right. Despite our plight I dont find myself wanting rid of him right now. (Maybe due to having zero confidence in them replacing him with anyone decent). If we dont get a centre half in January then thats when I'll start losing faith. As it stands, with Williamson in there we are always going to leak goals.
-
He played a part in both goals, other than that he was one of our better players. I think you need to rethink what you typed. Schoolboys wouldn't make the mistakes he made last night. Since the Liverpool game where he spent his time on the pitch trying 'to do' Suarez instead of concentrating on what he's paid to do he's been utter s***. Colo the Clown is well and truly back. You always seem to crawl out the woodwork when things are going wrong.

Exactly, its alost pointless even discussing it.

Will that be 1 win in 10 for the wunderteam? So it is! Jesus, thought they were doing better than that.

We are all aware of the lack of depth though. I'm suprised that people are suprised about the performance or the result. Majority of those who played last night will never play regularly for us at first team level. To be honest theres a few that will probably never have a top flight career in the next year or so never mind a regular place in our team. Well yeah, exactly. Last night was no suprise. Move on and look forward to the draw. -

This will be the team but Jonas will play instead of Marv. Oh, and Williamson for Perch. -
There was a moment in the first half where he was passed the ball and for no apparent reason he just panicked and miskicked it to one of their players
-
I just find it amazing that anyone can dispute that it actually happened. We try to close every game out ages before the last 20 minutes, you'd think it would have sunk in by now that this is what we do. But no, we were just trying to contain Wigan, it's just a coincidence. I'm not even saying I have a problem with it this time, we needed to win and we won well. But it definitely happened ffs. Can't believe anyone is even annoyed by it, we were desperate for a win and we played to make sure we got it. That's good management. Not just that, but the team we had out in the second half meant it was always going to be a bit disjointed. Three kids on the pitch, needing the three points. I've no problem with how the 2nd half went.
