You could post this in most player threads Except Owen's like... Aye I just don't attribute feeling to him, he's just another Alan O'brien or Martin Brittian he played a bit when we were poor and left quietly. He played a lot more than those too.

He was rubbish but I like him. Clapped him off today.

and what river is durham on ? i believe they are going to be installing ticket barriers at the central soon. that should be fun on a match day. Tyne and Wear is a county. Durham is in County Durham. edit: my bad, very late

Prepare to be amazed then, we are still under contract with Adidas. The club had 300 people go down last week to promote the new shirt. You are wrong sir. Either you're joking for the sake of it, or no, you are wrong. It was called off.

There's definitely a cap on their prospects due to the fact pretty much all Gateshead 'fans' would primarily be toon or sunderland fans. I'd go and see them occasionally if I was back living in the area and wasn't at toon game, maybe more often if I was in Gateshead. It's funny how we want them to do well because they're rubbish, but if they were good we'd despise them.

Love the pictures. I love this club. No chance we sent out a medal to Marlon. Think he deserves one more than many.

Awww I do respect the man, good luck to him.

I don't get it. Not trying to be dick, just honestly don't see what was hilarious, did I miss something? Just looked like despite winning the league, people had waited back ages just to shout at Roy Keane...?

I think Shola brought the kid. Niece or something probably.

I agree that between WBA, Play-off winners, Wolves, Bolton, West Ham, Wigan, Blackburn, we should come ahead of 3.

I always thought Smith was captain. I think if Butt is then he should be offered, but hopefully he'll offer to Smith.

Did you get chucked out? Before the floodgates completely opened i saw a few get dragged out and the police take their faces. I assume they'll have let them go given the subsequent events.

Some of mine Awww http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v476/grantJUK/Photo028.jpg Pitch invasion while I was still too scared to go on. A few were dragged off and the police were filming their faces - I didn't want a 3 year ban. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v476/grantJUK/Photo031.jpg I decided to go on when the stewards had all but given up. A barrier was kicked open and the floodgates opened. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v476/grantJUK/Photo033.jpg Rubbish picture of Joey Barton's head. He wouldn't keep still, bastard. Gave him a scrub on the head and a pat on the pack.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v476/grantJUK/Photo032.jpg Picture before I left. Note the stewards now taking pictures for people in the background, after initial efforts to prevent invasion http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v476/grantJUK/Photo030.jpg

Are you joking? No. A lot of terribly sloppy passes. Not our worst player but one of the mediocre players in a mediocre, typical away performance. Like I said though, great pass, and he spots better balls than anyone we have. Hard when you're playing on a pitch that's more like a golf course. Maybe. I'm a Barton apologist, I'm not out to get him. It affected loads of them, Guthrie, even Routledge slipped for his goal. I don't think Barton's really sloppy passes were down to it, he's done it a lot in the games he's played in. Think the whole team were mediocre though, like they are in nearly every away game.

A Lesson in Respect and Sportsmanship From Plymouth Argyle
Superior Acuña replied to Doug's topic in Football
Echo views about Plymouth and "your support is fucking shit". I think 'boot boys' song has lost its hooligan element. I felt bad for a rather large fan fairly near the away fans to our left. He was waving a Rangers top at Lovenkrands and a group of fans seemed to take it as provocation and spent the rest of the game singing songs about his weight. He wasn't playing it up either. -
Generally poor yesterday but great ball for the goal and a few more. Some that were good ideas but poorly executed. I scrubbed his head and patted his back.

I went on the pitch . Same again on Saturday? :colo:

Plymouth Argyle v Newcastle United - Monday 19th April @ 7:45pm

About to start train journey. We were going to fly. -
Wiki is indeed true, always nice to see a footballer with a bit up top (pardon any pun) Being privately educated doesn't mean he's more intelligent, it means he had parents who could afford to and chose to educate him privately. Will he be the first prem player from Hexham if he makes it?
