thing is I'm not convinced by either in cm either, consistently sissoko has been most effective on the right and wijnaldum has not impressed me in cm when he's moved there or started there, seemed fairly anonymous Would Save It, Voldemort and Wijnaldum maybe work as a 3 with Perez, Mitro and Sissoko further up?

On other hand if he's mobile, athletic and defensively sound he would be an upgrade on our centre midfield, height would be handy but able to cover the ground and tackle more important in centre mid for me - If he's remotely intelligent (Although doubtful if he wants to sign here) and tactically astute even better. You would probably look at creating more than 1 clear chance a game though. It's costing us because we are not getting enough chances. Part of that is down to coaching, part is down to recruitment as he doesn't have a balanced team to pick. It would help having a couple of decent wingers (Why the fuck they bought Thauvin is beyond me). If they do keep him they just need to back him, let him pick his players and see where it goes. If it's then total shit then it's all down to him. I don't like him but he is picking up from a whole load of shit in our squad that have been coached badly for last few years. The problem we have is we need points quickly.

In some ways it's a difficult one because we are a lot more solid than earlier in season but we can't score goals / win games. We are still too unbalanced and need to open teams up. He isn't helping picking 3-5-2 which rarely works and is not natural for us.

You would think in a game like today he would try something different. Dummet at left back isn't working, 2 centre mids isn't working, there is no width and basically same shit as all season. He has to get a natural wide man in there whether Thauvin or another youngster at club. It's killing us and Mbabu has to play left back.

Every unbeaten run has to come to an end sometime so it might as well be against a decent team. And why not make it a hammering. I can't wait to see our 4 home wins this year. I wish they would email me the games they plan to turn up in.

It's a tough one because of the money at stake but I would like to see our identity back. Bring through our younger players and develop that connection between fans and club again
