  1. Because Santon has played there before and Haidara/Dummett both only capable of going down left side. Anita might be decent option
  2. If he is in before Haidara or Dummett then I will walk out Should be Santon to right and Haidara at left back with the centre 2 the same. Not keen on changing that partnership that got us 2 clean sheets.
  3. Too early to be drinking. I was thinking drugs

If we can just now go and beat Norwich and West Brom it all of a sudden looks like a cracking season.

Credit where credits due, responded to derby defeat very well
  6. What a fucking show of strength, well done the whole team 2 clean sheets n wins against Chelsea n Spurs.
  7. True, good thing is we have limited how they get those chances and cut out the channels pretty well. Still a long time to go but at least enjoyed a half of football at Spurs for first time in a while, we look sharp and committed, this game aside, we will do well this season if keep these qualities
  8. Class so far, Shola is dogshit, the rest have played well. Gouff n Santon especially
  9. Never going to be easy but doing well here, hope we survive dreaded half time

Need Stoke to get a draw or win tomorrow and City to destroy these lot and they are proper fucked I reckon
  11. It's not just what Williamson has, it's what Taylor doesn't. Rightly or wrongly, I've got it into my head that Taylor makes basic errors (usually in picking up players or being too gung ho) and then blames others. You also have to take injuries into account. Say Taylor has had a run of games and we have an important game, I'd play him. Say Taylor is coming straight back from injury and is fit for an important game as his first game back, I'd go with Williamson. I honestly would. Taylor is better with ball at his feet, but that's all. Williamson is better at positioning himself and basic defending just absolute garbage when expected to do anything with the ball. He has played well when back in team tbh

"Pardew currently has a long-term deal on Tyneside and has done a good job since taking over in 2010." Also the bit about putting another club in turmoil. don't worry Steve you won't press ahead and appoint the cunt
  13. Prob only get a couple of million for him. Put it towards a bid for Tom Ince
  14. As form suggests we are mid table. Some unexpected moments and some utterly predictable shit. 6/10 Think we will finish 12th

You can say what you want about Poyet as a manager but in terms of likability he has absolutely none. Someone who s***s on dressing room floors is not a decent bloke. Not sure he even did that, just doesnt seem as bad as their previous cunts and I would have had him here

It doesn't look too bad from most views, but there's one angle showing it's a blatant red card. He left the floor so all bets off. No worse than that challenge on Adam Johnson though

Not sure I actually dislike Poyet, just the fact he manages them lot. Seems decent bloke tbh

There are managers that have a tactical nous for starters and wouldn't f*** about with things all the time. A good manager would be able to get us playing decent regardless of new signings. I would take just about anyone right now to get rid of him as it can't be worse. The restrictions around the players we sign are a problem but look at our squad as a whole and we should be able to deliver some sort of consistent performance every game. yes we will win, lose, draw some but hopefully would not be at different ends of the spectrum every time we play I agree with your second paragraph but come back to the original question - who would replace him that's better? Sure, there are good managers out there but none of them fit within Ashley's restrictive criteria. In fact, I'd go as far as to say that because of this, anyone we get in after Pardew would likely be worse. Should have been Martinez. I would go with a foreign manager, not sure who exactly but worth trying to get someone that can develop the team style and club as a whole. I just don't want a british manager anymore

Why can't we: - Sack the useless cunt - Employ a good manager that may cost us 10 million over 5 years - Tell him we have to sell to buy and money available based on success (Or he has 10 million a season) - Encourage him to develop youth side of the club Although Pardcunt is cheap we still do spend some money on players such as Sissoko, Mbiwa, Anita, Remy etc and seem willing to at times. Surely getting a better class of manager and explaining the constraints could prove as effective and potentially better return for Ashley. Also give the manager full control of the team and make changes he wishes within budget. Yes we don't have the resources of Man City, Chelsea etc but what we can do is set out a blueprint with a decent class of manager at the top of that. preferably one that can change and implement a style of play throughout the club.
  20. Yet half of our outfield players last night, Dummett, Anita, Ameobi, Cisse and MYM, have played even less. Only Debuchy has played all matches this season the commentator mentioned last night? If fatigue is the case, then it is Pardew that is responsible for not having a more fit squad. It's almost as I can buy the "exuse" because we do seem to be the most unfit team in the league. No other manager complains of this, what happened to all that fitness work ffs. They are professionals, how exactly are they tired after just a few games.
