I just don't see the point in 3 centre halfs, if anything I would have had Mbiwa in there instead of Taylor. There are not that many options in attack yet he still keeps Marv and Ben Arfa nowhere near the team. Why not try something different attacking wise instead of once again trying to not concede, there is fuck all to play for and he still won't have a go.

Could be the 14 Liverpool need if City draw 0-0 :-)
-
I hope this rape is brutal
-
Just when you think he can't pick a worse team. Manages every Fucking time
-
We are doomed if he gets another season and control of transfers. Relegation battle coming
-
They aren't the only players he has came up with though, only the one's we signed. Even though some people knew those players a scout should not exclude them from recommendation as all 4 are good players. Scout assessed their availability, price etc also. Just need a few more in right positions, better manager, and potentially more British presence, and by that I don't mean Jack Colback
-
Aye we seem to work on basis of signing based on cost rather than needing them for a position. We have 1 decent winger in squad, 1striker that we own, no attacking midfielder, no creative midfielder. Desperate for a left winger, right wing, 2 strikers and a centre midfielder. We will get a left back, centre half and new contract for Shola

Something does need to change but I think it's on the coaching front rather than decimating leagues. English coaches / managers appear to be so far behind foreign managers in terms of tactics, style of play, coaching n motivation. They also don't give a shit about youth players and are shit scared of playing young players.

So glad the season ends this weekend, gonna try and forget all about it and him being our manager with the hope he's gone in summer. Can we all chip in for a hitman rather than banners
-
Will not believe anything, I don't believe this misery will ever end until Pardcunt dies
-
Hoping for a lot more, double figures would be great
-
Which will of course happen. Rinse and Repeat. I do wonder who they will sign to prevent another struggle

A new ground was mooted on land beside the Civic Centre, apparently - but some locals (I think the Jewish community) objected. Stand to be corrected though. Didn't think there would be enough space for a stadium next to the civic. Looking to build where the skate park is on the bypass last I heard. Was some proper hooligan wannabes there last night, all about 12 running on pitch and some nuggets with nufc and scum shirts on

It's about time the passion came back

Btw felt like a gay parade outside strawberry. A bloke with maoc, time for change t-shirt and man bag along with goatee and nee hair cuddling every bloke mincing past.
-
I couldn't bring myself to stand up, hate seeing Shola score and honestly wanted to lose
-
They are awful, since when are banners so bad. Do we not have a right to show our feelings? Fans make a club what it is, do we not have the rights to show our feelings?
-
To anyone that left on 60 or 69 mins well done, I went at 69, despite 3-0 it has to happen just such a shame the other fans feel they have to stay. The ones that stayed what do you want?
-
Because he's our best LB with Santon injured? Not ideal, obviously. Rather Haidara there tbh. I don't hate Dummett the person but i'm damn sure I hate the football he produces.

I like the thread title, we only have to change the o for ea in summer, efficient titles the way forward
-
Isn't that the approach the Mackems took a few years ago and we laughed at them. If some of these were just squad players and not first teamers I wouldn't have much of a problem but you know they will start 80% of games in our relegation season

I just don't see how any fan has been blinded by the not spending any money, not enough british player line. Micky Quinn was on talksport this morning and they hit nail on the head, even without the spending how do we look like such a shambles with no organisation, motivation or effort and why was Ben Arfa left at home when only creative threat. No matter how little investment we have had, we had 7-8 internationals on that pitch and looked disorganised as fuck with little creativity. Even if you don't have investment a decent manager should be able to get a team to play a system that suits their strengths and pick the players you have got to create goals. We could sign a whole team this summer with every player picked by Pardew and we will be relegated next season, because it falls down to coaching and management most the time. He picked a striker at Left Midfield, A centre midfielder at Right Midfield and no creativity in the centre. Leaving Remy as our only real threat to Arsenal. He could have been brave and paired Remy with Armstrong and Ben Arfa up front with Sissoko just behind and a 2 of Anita, Tiote holding and probably ended up with the same result or we may have attacked and surprised them. He picks defensive lineups yet concede a ridiculous amount of goals.

Play a young player who won't be leaving on a free in a month or so ahead of him? Not sure I get your logic on this one. Well yes quite, logic does not come into Pardews thinking, same as Shola still playing when he is out of contract.
-
He is a fucking terrible footballer. Would rather give a young player a chance than continue with him.
