Maybe players should be made to see out at least 2/3 of their contract and outbound loans should be limited to first team squad only / limit total number of players classed as non-youth players to 30/40 with a vast proportion being British born.

Passing and end product are pretty damn important for teams at that level. Passing is the most basic skill alongside ball control and a player who thinks he is good enough for champions league teams should be able to pass 5 yards

It's just good to see a club being ran in a professional manner and trying to strengthen the areas that have been neglected for years. Signing defenders ffs, who would have thought you need them.
