I thought he looked better in the middle than on the wing like, have to say. He struggled to impact the game but we also didn't look like we had a plan to get chances for him. He did manage one nice run and shot which their keeper saved down low. Wasn't a good performance like, he didn't impact the game much.

Honestly don't think I can stomach letting Isak having his way and getting a move to Liverpool now. It should be completely off the table. I'd rather buy 2 cheaper strikers and just keep him in the reserves at this point. If he wants to bust a lung to impress Eddie and get back in, so be it. If not he's here until 2028.

Thought it was an alright kickabout, we generally did pretty well albeit without much intensity for most of the game. Miley was very good, really think he’s a season or so away from being a really good player. Park was good but really does want to hug the touchline and reluctant to make any runs without the ball. Skinned his man a few times though. Targett actually had an alright game after giving the goal away. Set piece coach looks like he might be starting to work, one particularly brilliant FK move. Osula just looks like he’s struggling to impact anything, but then again so does Isak at times. We don’t really have a plan for getting chances for our main forward sometimes. Murphy was shocking, bit of a throwback performance from him. Overall closer to a training session than a PL game but nice to watch a match live and remember there’s more to football than just tweeting about transfers.

I think almost any permutation now involves us signing Wissa. Even if Isak stays. Obviously would prefer a good proven player like Wissa than a pap proven player like DCL.
