There’s no possible way you can run directly through on goal, a yard from the ball, draw the keeper out so your teammate can finish easily, and not be offside. Makes absolutely no sense at all.

I think he’s benefitting from the new rules about greater contact as well.

He’s immune to conceding free kicks, must have some sort of clause in his contract.

I’d potentially be interested in getting involved with the trust but I don’t really know what they actually ‘do’. The fact they used Mike Ashley to generate members while not doing anything to remove him put me off a bit. I assume similar to Heron, I’d definitely prefer a bit more of an anti-establishment and activist type organisation (while engaging with the club of course, which should be a lot easier now). Might have gone last night if I hadn’t done my calf the night before.

It’s not really possible unless you leave early. It’s a good distance and the stations will be rammed. If you want to celebrate you don’t really have a chance of making a 7pm train.

Very tough if Joelinton is left out, guess ASM will then play so at least we will have more fret. Robinson being suspended is a nice bonus, don't know who their backup LB is.

Danny Murphy’s lobotomy really didn’t go well.

I just mean in general, not necessarily last night. The good stuff is under the radar, the mistakes stand out. I have some confirmation bias because I think he's one of our worst players. But he obviously works hard, cares and has coaches around him. Never say never, I just think ultimately the most likely thing is that we sign someone and he returns to the bench.

I think he does do a lot of things that are poor. His good points are hard to see in a way - like, I accept that he does a lot of work and I think the stats bear it out, but I would definitely notice his mistakes more than his good stuff when I actually watch a game. He has missed some chances but I don't see that as the main reason he isn't good enough.

Nah I agree, but I think he's potentially a good player. Just hasn't worked out, not exactly sure why (injuries a factor).

I think all four are good TBH, just haven't performed and/or been massively injured at the same time.
