I can't see how we stay unless we can get the capacity to 70k+. If not more. It doesn't make sense to go on with so many people locked out. We don't even have any world superstars playing here yet, and we haven't started challenging for titles. The location is the main thing though, absolutely has to be a 5-10 minute walk from the city centre. A move further would be disastrous for the city.
