  1. You could replace "he" (Carver) with "they" (the team). Our team can't win or draw 1 game out of 7.
  2. Carver takes a lot of the blame, as does the rest of the club hierarchy and especially Mike Ashley but it's also true that our team seems to be made up of a lot of gutless players who don't seem to have any spirit, fight or professional pride. I'm sure if most Championship teams had played our last 7 fixtures they would have picked up some points which is more than our team has.
  3. Seen someone on facebook last week blaming the 'pricks' who wanted Pardew out Giving it 'ARE YOU HAPPY NOW?' Not enough facepalms. There's another reason to hope we don't get relegated. It will be used as a stick to beat us with by the media and other club's fans. The same people who told us we shouldn't have sacked Fat Sam after we got relegated even though he was sacked the season before we got relegated.
  4. You're doing exactly the same with us tbf. True to an extent but I don't look at the bottom teams fixtures and say things like "Sunderland won't get more than 4 points." They might.
  5. Too many people make their result predictions based on what 'should' happen i.e. Hull won't beat Liverpool, Sunderland will lose to Arsenal and Chelsea, etc. Anything can happen when teams are in a relegation battle. We're in the shit. Too many pundits are thinking we have enough points already. I wouldn't bet on it. NUFC always find a way of fucking things up.
  6. Collect it, go to the next home game and throw it at the dugout again. See if they contact you again to give it back to you. If they do repeat all the steps until the end of the season.
  7. If he even said that, he said all the same stuff when he got us relegated. What happened after last seasons awful 2nd half? No lessons were learned then and no lesson was learned in January when we sold/loaned players out and brought no one in.
  8. So what do we do? Just sit here and watch while Ashley milks the club for all it's worth while watching turgid, non-competitive 'football' on the pitch? No ta. I cancelled my season ticket last season 3 days after they sold Cabaye when it became obvious he wasn't going to be replaced. Mike Ashley gets no more money from me. I think a relegation for NUFC will hurt people from Newcastle a lot more than it will hurt Mike Ashley.
  9. Relegation would be worse for the fans than it would be for Mike Ashley. Nufc is worth less than 10% of Mike Ashley's total worth. He'd probably be mildly annoyed if Nufc got relegated. It's all so needless. If he put a little effort in like paying for a good manager, qualified coaching staff and players he could have Nufc perform reasonably well within the break even budget. The £3m he sold Santon for is chicken feed to him. He recklessly endangers the club's Premiership status for relatively low sums of money. He likes to gamble but unfortunately for us his gambles are based on what is the least he can spend and still get away with. If we get relegated our squad for the Championship (before any purchases) would be more or less the same as the current squad minus Krul, Janmaat, Cisse, Sissoko, Tiote, De Jong and one or two others. We'll end up keeping all the players we want rid of and losing the few good players we have.
  10. Mike Ashley would view that as his mega risky gamble paying off and him being proved correct. We hear in the Chronicle the club saying they've learned their lesson. Well they didn't learn the lesson last season or in the last transfer window. The idiots don't seem to realise the lower we finish the harder it is to attract decent players and the more money players will want to come to a bottom half team.
  11. It's hard to say which games will be difficult for the bottom teams. Sunderland have Arsenal and Chelsea to play but both those teams will probably have little to play for when Sunderland play them. It can work both ways, teams with nothing at stake can relax and play with no pressure or they switch off and pull out of challenges not wanting to risk an injury. You can bet Leicester will be fired up to play Nufc. Also, Fat Sam would love to send us down so he'll have West Ham wound up.

The thing is, Nufc is worth less than 10% of Mike Ashley's total worth. He'd probably be mildly annoyed at most if Nufc got relegated.
  13. His real intentions are always to do the bare minimum it takes to keep NUFC in the Premiership.
  14. A team which as of today has won 4 games in a row versus one which has lost 7 in a row. Leicester are at home and need the points. I can't see NUFC getting any points.

The morons who slag off NUFC fans for wanting Pardew out. Like we knew Mike Ashley would not bother to employ a professional manager to replace Pardew.
  16. I think he is available for the last two games. Having said that, I'm sure I read he had another operation on his knee shortly after getting banned so he may not be fit to play.
  17. De Jong, Cissé, Sissoko (when he's not playing shit), Dummett (at least he can play left back or centre back) and Rolando Aarons to come back and save us from relegation?
  18. The main reason to hope we don't get relegated is that NUFC will keep all the players we hope to get rid of. I wonder if Riviere will score goals in the Championship?
  19. S.Taylor can always be relied upon to pick up a season ending injury too.
  20. The Chronicle suggested the other day that NUFC would be looking to buy one centre back, two strikers and a midfielder in the Summer. One centre back? Never mind the fact that none of our centre backs can be relied upon, Colo, S.Taylor and Williamson will all be in the last season of their contracts (if they haven't been sold by then).

Not really your business anymore is it? You just worry about Palace and let us get on with exorcising the s**** you left behind. Are you implying I am Alan Pardew? Our team is s****. They aren't fit for purpose. Carver is a terrible manager but our team is terrible too. We have a pathetic number of goal scorers. I saw this on nufc.com: - All I was saying is maybe NUFC try to scrape some draws in these last few games to ensure we stay in the Premiership. Do I want to watch s**** football? No, but we play s**** football whether we are trying to attack or defend. Let's go all out attack with our non-scoring players or go all out defence with our rotten defending. Damned either way with this team.

Carver keeps saying we need a win and how he's trying to come up with a way of doing that with the players available. How about we concentrate on not losing first? Park the bus and try to scrape a draw or maybe even a lucky win. Every time he's "gone for it" we've been beaten as our attack can't score, our midfield can't score or create chances and our defence can't keep a clean sheet.
  23. Another good piece from http://www.nufc.com/
