i thought he'd fucked off to some russian team? if he's on a free then there's no doubt in my mind we'll be sniffing about him...get rid of williamson for absolutely any fee whatsoever, or in deed nowt, and we've immediately upgraded so have to hope it's a goer

did pardew make the phrase 'over the line' commonplace in reference to transfer deals? seems to be fuckin everywhere now, he's the first twat i remember spouting it

i honestly don't know where you're coming from man, we're both speculating, you're not stating any more facts than me again on shirts, the point is being sidestepped which is that better designs and quality production might actually sell more ffs -

well if there's nowt you like on the table, look for a different table then...granted i don't know they weren't scouring the world for an international sponsor who might want to get their on PL TV games shown to millions but i think it's a fairly safe assumption also the point on puma is surely the club don't have to be passive, if they're being provided shit quality shirts and shit designs (which they are) they should do something about it to maximise sales if nothing else -

you honestly think wonga was the best we could have got? or our kit supply through puma being of the highest quality production and best design possible? if it's not ineptitude or laziness then they're purposefully going out of their way to avoid increased revenue surely -

this is a f***ing joke post right? Mike Ashley is the sole owner of Newcastle United unless I am mistaken. He and the club are one legal identity, no? Meaning whatever profits or loses the club makes goes into/out of his wallet? he'll find a way, but has owned since 2007 and as far as i know commercially he's done very little to improve the club...he's cut costs, got rid of high earners and we're back in the PL but we're clearly worthy of better sponsorship and in particular shirt deals aren't we? even the mackems have made a fuckin effort man -

other clubs have moved on and exploited their worth as top of the table clubs to fleece sponsors for the right to have their logos on shirts and billboards all around the world to a massive TV audience, we've never moved past pullmans and cruise flannels or whatever we'll never close the 50m gap unless the knackers start looking beyond northumberland street and the metro centre for sponsorship stay local get local money, simples no? -

that is very easy to say but football is littered with examples of players not playing for the manager when he's lost them they're not robots, they're like anyone else - there are people at work who i really dislike and i go out of my way not to do anything for them within the bounds of professionalism the main difference with top-flight footballers is they're probably millionaire's so they can do what they like without fear i prefer to look at it from cabaye's POV; he probably had clubs like arsenal sniffing about him when at Lille, was sold a vision of passing football and has spent 2 years hitting long balls and running around being scared of the other team...when you're winning i'm sure shit like that's easy to overlook but when you're losing it'll eat away at him no-one likes being lied to, why should cabaye be any different? -

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/teams/newcastle-united/10106326/Yohan-Cabaye-hints-at-Newcastle-exit-as-he-admits-he-would-be-interested-in-Manchester-United-move.html "Meanwhile, Papiss Demba Cisse may refuse to wear a Newcastle shirt bearing the name of the club’s new sponsor, loan company Wonga. As a Muslim, he believes it infringes Sharia law and prevents him from promoting money lending." everything's coming up roses FWIW it's so fucking depressing this like, the only hope is that during talks his agent explains his reason for wanting to leave is pardew and it wakes the cunts up more likely however with PSG, Monaco, Arsenal and a few others looking to burn money this summer it'll be another guesswhowinsagain for MA -
He spent big on other players too before Shearer, Barton was a world record for a defender British wasn't it?
