  1. honestly not seen too much football recently, but where do people place Colo in CB's in the league? objectively
  2. it's so tragically inevitable that on 1st september this will all be repeating itself, i.e. let's see what happens in january - been the same since the moment ashley bought the club
  3. Pellegrini who didn't manage to beat Barca? Who are the other 11 then? Stop talking shit. I agree that those players and JM aren't the best match, even the club obviously, but Real have to acknowledge they are in the wilderness for a long time if they don't change their approach. Hence JM is your man, just let him work or accept 2nd place for the foreseeable future.
  4. name me another manager that could take the real job and have a better chance of succeeding than JM take all aspects of football aesthetics out of it
  5. I would be annoyed sure but I am not sure it meets the legal standard of being a libelous statement would depend if small boys were seen being taken in and out of your house at night, or not, surely?
  6. http://i498.photobucket.com/albums/rr347/jakerd7/Yao-Ming-meme.jpg
  7. one of them no, two of them at the same time maybe i personally think Mourihno could do it, or rather if anyone at all could given free reign it's him - not gonna happen though, no way RM sit through years and years of his shit i reckon they'd rather just fail
  8. REALISTIC TRANSFER TARGETS 2011 boys and girls - i mean the arshavin shit was understandable as we were all young and naive but come on? we simply are NOT going to sign any of Europe's brightest talent
  9. surely the key? RM, if they have any sense, must realise that Mourinho is the fastest and most likely to succeed method available of breaking Barca's stronghold - they'll need to let him do some serious rebuilding in his own image and it will be horribly hard for them to take i'm sure but the alternative is basically to say goodbye to everything for possibly another 5 years, maybe more they threw EVERYTHING at this galacticos and it's failed spectacularly, no way it works with a 2nd wave unless they actually go and buy messi, iniesta, xavi, puyol and pique
  10. yup, does MA have a young lad? he probably telt his dad this should be the new strip and bingo! it's fucking shit
  11. just looks cheap and hashed together rather than designed, it can fuck off i remember thinking the last adidas strip we had at the time was bad/average, i'd crawl over broken fucking glass for a shirt of that quality again
  12. alls i'm saying is if anyone could pull this off, via ref manipulation which it would have to it, it'd be Mourinho
  13. you're not remotely worried Mourinho's game will pan out? i would be - two nil is not unassailable man Of course it isn't, anything can happen. It's just very, very, very unlikely. see my edit yeah
  14. you're not remotely worried Mourinho's game will pan out? i would be - two nil is not unassailable man EDIT: i realise it's very unlikely in case it gets thrown in my face later, still expect barca to progress but i expect them to be carrying some damage from the game ahead
  15. the worry for me isn't directly from these complaints but more the profile they raise - he who shouts loudest etc. fully expect there to be plenty of barca players booked in the semi 2nd leg, people are believing that mourinho has TOTALLY lost it, far from it imo; he's taking the only possible route to success - put the focus on barca play acting so the pressure is so intense on the ref he might just fuck barca through the pressure and make some bad decisions worst case they still lose but might take a load of barca players out of the final and ultimately cost them what really matters http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/13260224.stm "the worry for me isn't directly from these complaints"
  16. real are a fucking shambles man
  17. correct, but you'd be naive to think that this also isn't Real's only route back into the tie if they keep shouting about Barca, and they have a decent start and Barca have to put in some tackles or whatever i honestly feel the ref could totally and utterly lose it this is not Mourinho's first time at this shit man, he's been successful in the past and while i think it will fail there's a slim chance it won't as you say, worst case manyoo are likely to come out of this laughing, which would be a fucking disgrace for them to luck their way to the title like that

  19. http://www.guardian.co.uk/football/2011/may/02/real-madrid-uefa-barcelona-pep-guardiola this had better all not blow up and fuck barca for the final vs. manyoo - probably mourinho's tactic, can't beat them so try and weaken them so they don't win it i expect a massacre in the game this week, real players will be doing ANYTHING to get barca players sent off i reckon
  20. What about the Milito offside goal in the 1st leg last season? Or the blatant penalties not given to Alves and Pique late on? Or the disallowed Barca goal in the 2nd leg for no apparent reason, which would have sent them through? What goes around, comes around, and he gets more luck and decisions than most, that's without even mentioning Porto's run. good post
  21. if ferguson had left manyoo and tried his luck elsewhere after winning the CL the first time, and things didn't quite go his way, i'm quite confident he'd become a total and utter disgrace with the press and his comments like he's in such an untouchable smug rut at manyoo he doesn't need to get excited about shit anymore
  22. until now he was the guy who could break the unbreakable, succeed where others failed in the face of adversity/history porto - nothing needs saying chelsea - won them their first title in however long inter - cemented more titles after mancini and won them the CL they craved winning the impossible barca game along the way real - was supposed to be him beating the unbeatable Barca team problem with the last one is he can't, so all he pissing and moaning and chelping is just that - he simply can't beat them on the pitch and it's the first time it's happened to him i won't miss mourinho himself but the game needs a manager who can come and do something like that, especially how power and finance centric the game is in this day and age
  23. Thinking more about that, how did Maradona fair in the European Cup, don't think he won it right? Does that mean that Messi's achievements in the CL (which is ostensibly harder to win in the new format, but it's arguable) overshadow Maradona there, and if so how are the two weighted if he wins another CL this years and XX amount more before he's finished? He's already won more domestic titles than Maradona hasn't he? Or will have by the end of this season.
