the start of his Wiki: "Early life Paul was hatched from an egg" no shit

agreed, one goal and a spain 1-0 win please

OK then, enlighten me. What was the problem 'cause most everyone else agrees that trying to crowbar Gerrard & Lampard into the same midfield was suicide.

It's a victory for inspiration over perspiration. s****. Maybe if Ronaldo had more perspiration he'd have been in a position to extend his record further rather than settle into his decline towards being a fat f***ing tranny-loving waster (who's a millionairre granted). No time for the Germans per se but fair play to Klose - it's similar to when Lineker came close to beating Charlton's record for England; he was a limited player but if he had of broken it he'd have deserved it simple as that. As it happens if Klose is out I'm happy for my bets but if I had nowt riding on it I'd have been rooting for the lad. As opposed to you, a 34 year old who can't even spell 'millionaire' and resorts to posting such nonsense to get attention? what? what's my age got to do with it, or my spelling? jesus and "as opposed to you"; i'm not a professional footballer ffs i mean i miss the point pretty often and post some s**** but you've topped me there Well Ronaldo was the best professional footballer in the world for half a decade, calling him a waster says it all about you. Half a decade sounds a lot more impressive than 5 years considering he was at PSV in his late teens and one of the worlds brightest talents in his early 20's. He had it all and it slipped away, injury being a massive factor. Depression, I now know, a major one. Gazza-eque in some respects so I'll tell you what, you keep laughing at Gazza yesterday as your post on the Moat thread said and I'll keep laughing at Ronaldo for being a fat f***er in a hotel room with 3 tranny's, how's that? Gazza didn't win the World Cup twice or be named the best player in the world. Plus, nobody called Gazza a waster. Speaking of Gazza, you'll have been up to Rothbury in a fucking flash last night when you heard he was giving out free chicken? Ronny, it's Gazza!!

One word out of 50 and people jump on it like a tranny during carnival. And I think before Gazza was diagnosed as mentally ill a lot of people called him a waster, and an alky, and a wifebeater amongst others. I didn't. I think wifebeaters are pretty cool anyway. For once we agree. As I said to the other half yesterday, "why do you make me hurt you?".

are you alright? mandias is saying that manager after manager has tried to find a formation to accommodate gerrard & lampard, a system to fit the players as opposed to the reverse

what can i say? you fraternise with three tranny's, you get tagged as a tranny fetishist it's happened to me, it'll happen to you too

was just being a dick...i'm sure that physical and environmental factors play a big part, or rather have played a big part in the evolution of football hotter countries, slower game for example...not sure now the hard pitch thing stacks up but yeah there's a lot to it as regards your 5-a-side question i'd say more control in 5-a-side, is that wrong

what? it's the grass? is this what they're teaching in schools these days...jesus i've been gone too long

What was that comparison about then? inspiration/perspiration from the original post i replied to the other dude was saying (rightly) Klose just seemed to be there, i'm saying fair enough but lighting up one world cup won't get you into the record books again, nothing controversial EDIT: oh i see...the comparison to Ronaldo (who WILL appear in the greats) was to do with how their careers declined rather than anything else
-
how does this work in Europe out of interest? given England's perpetual horribleness i'd love to know what the European's teach in their coaching schools...should probably be something the FA should look at, if they don't already, sending young coaches with potential abroad

I was commenting Tooj's post about him being depressed. Not yours. My apologies for not quoting. Though to comment your post, I think Ronaldo deserves it more because how good he was at '98 and '02. Klose to me feels like he's just "been there". Naturally he'd deserve it if he broke it, he'd have broken it after all, but Ronaldo remains in my eyes the greater striker of the two. he was undoubtedly the more talented of the two but they're both strikers and when all is said and done strikers should be judged by goals scored, little else if ronaldo ends up on top he's the best, if klose end up with more goals he's been the better striker over his career imo little mickey owen and fisherman gazza are two examples of english ronaldo's...both have lit up world cups but when all is said and done their names will not appear among the greats, Klose's will What else has Klose done like, particularly that Ronaldo hasn't? i'm just saying that he'll be 2nd top scorer in WC history (until someone else takes that), not that he's done anything ronaldo hasn't i'm a limited (shit) player and i fucking love that a Klose type could have taken the record, i love it

The "We Won't Win Another Game This Season" Fred aka Relegation-o-meter

That will depend on the tactics/style of play the manager adopts which is my biggest worry. indeed on paper it looks like carroll up top and crosses in from routledge and jonas would be the order of the day can't see the midfield doing little more than getting in the way of the opposition and farming it out to the two wingers worried -
Suarez shouting for handball

as it stands i don't see where the goals are coming from, i really don't -
It's a victory for inspiration over perspiration. Shite. Maybe if Ronaldo had more perspiration he'd have been in a position to extend his record further rather than settle into his decline towards being a fat fucking tranny-loving waster (who's a millionairre granted). I think the term I'm looking for is ignorant. Very smart. How so? I think it's fairly well documented that Ronaldo has had fitness (weight) problems for years directly related to how he lives his life off the pitch. After that knee injury at Inter it was hard for him but look at the player at Barca vs. the player at Real Madrid in terms of his weight. The guy has/had so much talent but his off the field behaviour contributed to the shortening of his career in the top flight(s) of football. I fail to see what's ignorant about that. I think his depression might have had something to do with that. I could be wrong like. How can a millionaire footballer be depressed? [/even more ignorant]
