so it'll be 5-3----------------2 going forward then instead of 5-4----------1

What Dubravka and Schar have packed in by the looks of it and are pissed off with Bruce, rightly so. Hopefully they continue not to give a fuck and we can ship 4 or 5 most weeks did you read that in here and take it as news?
-
it's gonna have to be watford or brighton (bournemouth possibly but that's game 12 ), we'll get absolutely fucking dicked in every other game unless we get lucky and one of them has a total off day or we remember to play how rafa taught us and ignore bruce or summit
-
i'd love to hear what our resident accountants think of this, the lads who go over the books in detail i'd also like to hear how it makes him more money than simply hiring a competent manager, spending a decent fraction of the TV money, and trying to increase the clubs commercial revenue properly
-
it's hard to understand what his expectations were wrt the scrutiny thing as that's clearly getting to him very early, can only think he thought he could play the geordie true fan card for a period to give himself time to get a handle on the job but he's not been afforded it well he has by some but not all/enough obvs
-
I'd say his movement is "intelligent" rather than "good" - he's so slow that his speed of mind barely compensates for the speed of his legs. i like Ki, always have, and thought he was great in short burts last year but bruce will be the end of him
-
what are they saying the price is?
-
in fairness he's been through quite a few staples already in just 2 games hasn't he? work harder back to basics only been here X weeks i'm not rafa this week def will be injuries or back to the drawing board

https://www.theguardian.com/football/2019/aug/23/premier-league-10-things-to-look-out-for-this-weekend 3) Bruce already under pressure Newcastle visit Tottenham looking for their first point, with Steve Bruce already facing questions about the tactics – or lack of them – he employs. His team were dismal at Norwich last week and, in the aftermath, former Newcastle striker Michael Chopra claimed in a radio interview with TalkSport that he had spoken to senior players at the club who claimed they “don’t know their jobs” under Bruce. On social media, Chopra’s comments seemed to be largely ridiculed by fans who preferred to focus on his own shortcomings as a player rather than address the clearly salient points he made about those currently representing their team. While all available evidence from the Norwich debacle suggests he might have had a point, Sunday’s trip ought to provide Newcastle supporters with a very clear indication of exactly just how concerned they should be. ironically this likeable cunt is probably bruce's best hope of something happening for him - he looks the type that will disregard instructions and do whatever he wants one thing is for sure, we're not going to outplay anyone or suddenly develop as a cohesive attacking unit
-
Talk Sport, I know, said MSD Capital, either way, new owners, plenty of money and good things to look forward to. Then there’s us. difference between someone wanting to sell and someone not i suppose
-
at a real club, you might be right i think it will with the press like, if goes 10 games or something daft without a win i think they'll be all over him

Shelvey nailed on imo. That's a very good shout. one of the CB's will go, Schar probably of all the players atm for no particular reason i feel like Schar is the most pissed off Schar has definitely checked out, and I think he did after the first training session with Bruce most likely Just watch him for each of Norwich's last two goals. Guy is just lightly jogging around in no man's land without a care int he world as runs and passes are made all around him. Was also way out of position for Arsenal's goal in the first game, and didn't exactly bust a gut to get back. Yeah he's gonna go from a potentially 30m rated CB that he was last season to one of those ones they highlight on match of the day going "he's just standing there". he's a prime example of what rafa was getting out of players, signed for £3.5m wasn't it and not particularly highly rated....1 season of rafa and he's among the best in the league 1 month of bruce back in the bin son -
so we're believing that those two chancers are getting a bloke this rich to buy sunderland are we? seem to recall similar bed wetting about the uruguayan and that's worked out well for them so far

Can't wait for round 2 McTominay played canny the other night Joking, I'm out. He's not the greatest player the world has ever seen. He's not going to be perfect every game. A paid scout shouldn't be forming an argument around one game. my man utd supporting mate said he's the new darren fletcher, looks about right to me

More likely the dark day against Liverpool when Shay Given was MOTM in a 5-1 thrashing. aye they'll not need to get out of 1st gear and end up winning by at least 2 imo probs won't be a proper dicking as poch will sub people out/rest them hope it's a boot on the neck type exercise in devastation personally -

have a feeling this might be absolutely hilarious tbh, red cards and chaos -
ostensibly that looks shite on paper but in fairness to the man he's been managing for 20 years now, i'm not convinced his record on transfers is demonstrably worse than others of his ilk, quite the contrary perhaps also not sure why anyone would bring up transfers wrt bruce as managers of NUFC

it's fucking wild how unhinged he already seems for someone with such rock solid backing with the people who hired him Especially when you consider that one of his main attributes, according to his pundit mates, is that he's "a safe pair of hands" deep down he knows he's not fit to carry rafa's bags imo, he's mentioned rafa himself and i think he knows just how good he is stupid thing is if you were going to take over the job knowing the conditions, as he did, you'd think he'd be supremely confident at this point at least but he's radiating nerves and self-doubt inject it into my veins -
are we sure that's the main gym and not some small gym used for physio and recovery etc?
