There's already a tattoo thread in general chat. Thinking a more general discussion regarding public perception, as in not only tattoos but piercings, clothing choices and the likes.
-
Would make for an interesting chat thread tbh, as in what the public (forum) perception of various "non-traditional" things in a work environment is.
-
Tbh, that industry I have troubles imagining hiring non-tattooed people.
-
I don't think most young people have any prejudice against well done tattoos not on people's faces. However I see where wacko and co are coming from in the sense that these young people are not the one hiring people for jobs, rather people in their age group which I don't have troubles believing mostly have a negative view of tattooed people when it comes to employment.

Imagine the scoreline if this was a competitive fixture

At least your boys are in for a good adventure in the Europa League this year Europa League

Also, I hate these "showmatches" (i.e. matches that aren't pre-season friendies for two teams.) Vålerenga are in the middle of their fucking season, risking injuries to their players just to help another team get fitness up. How much is your own league worth to you? Cunts. Same goes for teams that play these assembled "best of Hong Kong" fuckers. Play proper teams.
-
Stadium full of Norwegians cheering for Barcelona. Where are the Vålerenga fans? They're at home and their fanbase is one of the few existing Norwegian fanbases...
-
Based on his performances for a substantial time now, why would anyone? He needs a manager who understands his limitations. He's a bad footballer. Pardew's the best thing for him. He's our goon. Good at what he does, but why are you giving him the fucking puck? Someone should rewrite Hit Somebody by Warren Zevon to fit football and Tiote tbh.

Not a chance you could sack someone for refusing to champion a sponsor that went against their religious beliefs in the real world like Nah, say like you are a flight attendant but you refuse to wear the uniform on plane because of whatever personal reasons. This is definitely sack-able. What? You wouldn't become a flight attendant if you didn't want to wear their uniform. They couldn't force you to wear new sponsorship labels that go against your beliefs on said uniform though, unless you'd signed something to say you're OK with it. EDIT: Cisse isn't refusing to wear a Newcastle strip, he's refusing to wear a Newcastle strip that bears a Wonga logo, there's a massive difference. To put it in flight attendant terms without bringing sponsorship into it, just uniform, if when you started working for the company their uniforms were like this: And then they decided to change the uniforms into: which you don't want to wear as your views regarding sexualization differs from the company you work for.

Those kits though...

Every time I've just glanced at this without looking properly, it looks like a white shirt that someone has vomited down and then not washed properly. Can't unsee that now, and I originally liked it.

Why pick them then you embarrassing c***? "let's just say it moved me TO A BIGGER HOUSE...oh shit i said the loud part quiet and the quiet part loud" -
The squad is full of first teamers, it's mid-season and they're in good form at the top of the league. They're really into getting to the Europa League as well. By all accounts it's a safe bet, but you never know. I'm betting a bit on -1 at least.

Generally I think Norwegians tend to talk down players from Norway way too much, but when it comes to Jarstein it's way too little. Would not be an improvement on Elliot as back-up at all. Might be around the same level.
