  1. He was on fire when he was still in Holland. 20042005 Heerenveen 46 (33) 20052009 Ajax 92 (76) Afonso Alves. The dutch league is abysmal, we all know it. Yeah, I just answered where the fuss came from.
  2. I got on the Sky Sports rumour page.

  4. Why? Small teams get more money being away from home at a big club as the gate is split 40% to each side, 20% to the FA. Didn't know that, always just assumed they got the most money playing at home.
  5. Should just draw the big fishes (PL teams) away from home by default in the opening rounds if income loss for smaller teams is an issue.
  6. Won't matter. Got a response today with the SBR foundation explaining that whilst they thought they idea was good, and that they'd be happy to accept a donation of the proceeds, they did not want to be a part of it officially unless we had the support of NUFC. Which we don't, and won't. There's work being done on a back-up plan shirt without the SBR logo and the shirt not being mass-produced as there'll probably be a massive drop in potential interest without the SBR logo on the shirt, though. So something could still come out of this and the proceeds would still go to the foundation.
  7. Can't understand that at all. Best player I've ever seen, done it in the biggest ganes of the biggest stages aswell. Pretty much this, greatest player I've seen out of those active since I was born.
  8. I love Rosenborg's honesty. "Did Linfield surprise you? Were they better than you expected?" "No they weren't. We played shit."
  9. What the fuck was Linfield thinking tactic wise, though? "Let's defend for 90 minutes at home, we'll take them away. Herp derp."
  10. I almost broke a glass, just barely managed to contain myself from throwing it. ? Two saves on the line in seconds by Linfield.

  12. This might be the most boring game I've seen in a while, and naturally it has to be the game I have on all my CL/EL qualifiers accums.
  13. I am, Linfield have yet to get a shot. Rosenborg are not doing much better, mind, but they control the game 100%. Only a question of time IMO.
  14. I find it funny how I'm a nightmare, when most of my suggestions over the season have been correct. But when one is wrong, it's all "you make people lose money, you're so s*** at predicting, lolz! " I'm not Paul the Octopus, and thus people know there's a chance it might not come in when they bet on it. But as I said, on most part this season the doubles/trebles come in. At least my Unibet account agrees with me. People. Jeezo man I was only joking! Hence the smiley, as far as i know you're predictions are pretty good. You're not the first to complain, man. Joking or not, I just had to let out some steam.

  16. The red card ruined them a bit, I think they could have been able to do it if it wasn't for it. I'll stick to reccomending Tippeliga matches from now on, though. Adeccoliga matches are looking too unpredictable to reccomend on here, they are good for money when the "better" teams do their job, though.
  17. Sogndal are still looking the sharpest and they tend to score close to the end. Dunno about Bodø, though. Sogndal looing sharpest? Fredrikstad having full control over the game and are 1-0 up now. There's a difference between passing the ball around within their team to looking dangerous when going forward, Sogndal aren't a lot in attack but when they are I had more faith they'd put it in than Fredrikstad. Obviously I was wrong there, but still.

  20. Have you kept a track of how many Norwegian league games that get turned around? I'm not worried, yet.
  21. Yeah, I don't disagree there. I just think it's a bit far-fetched to think he'll go for £3m after a WC like he's experienced. No doubt they'd cash in on a good enough offer, but £3m? Come on! The Norwegian league is shit cheap to by from by an International standard, but Annan should fetch a much greater price than players like Tettey, Strømstad and Helstad when they left Norway. Also, as mentioned, Rosenborg may be the only club left in Norway that does not have impending financial doom looming over them. Granted, they can't splash the cash (Compared to other Norwegian clubs) like they used to, but they're healthy enough.

    The NO Matchday

This'd be interesting as long as it's decided long enough in advance for me to be able to sort out some cheap-ish travel arrangements.
  23. I'd love to see both Bradley's in the Prem as long as they stay away from cunt clubs. Have a lot of time for both Sr. and Jr.
