  1. Rohypnol™ See nothing. Remember nothing. Tell nothing.
  2. That just blew my mind, Arshavin is Baba.
  3. I thought it was Baba at first Then I found out it was James. He's just a poor man's Baba tbh.
  4. We're gonna win the league, like.
  5. I'd love it, I'd love it if they did that.
  6. I'd like us to get Jozy Altidore for some reason.
  7. Looks it. So a complete success then... They sure hate those Glazers! The money they've spent getting there from Japan and so on, you'd be mad to think they'd not be there for the full 90.
  8. Not a done deal at all. Newcastle have not even made an enquiry. That the media knows of. And I don't trust anything an agent says. I trust Rosenborg's assistant coach. I don't. Trust noone. Assistant coach have no business saying anything to unsettle the squad even if the media asks something.

  10. I thought it was a potential away kit, which would break my balls. Ugly keeper kits ftw, though.
  11. It's so shit we're bound to get that.
  12. Going for a Brann, Stabæk, Rosenborg, Viking combo myself with £10 returning £315 at Unibet.
  13. Top 4: (Should be safe bets in their matches) Rosenborg is looking like they will boss things this year as well, no major sales bar Sapara, but a great acquisition in Moldskred to replace him. Plus they have a lot of talented youngsters coming through. Molde is suffering from the lack of Diouf, and it's too early to say if they'll be better or worse through their replacements (Rünström and Djiaby Fall). They're definiately better in the keeper department this season though, with Ben Amos between the posts. Stabæk looks stronger this season. Viking has strengthened a lot both player-wise and manager wise and will be up there this season. 5-8: (Less secure, but should beat the ruckus below them.) Vålerenga is pretty much the same as last year, but less manager-issues and their young players are a year older and wiser. Brann has a weaker side, almost not enough senior players left in the squad to be both on the pitch and the bench. Lillestrøm has been weak the past two seasons, but their youngsters are coming through nicely and they're looking like they'll grow into a decent side this year. Odd preformed better than they should last season, don't think they'll follow that performance up at all, even with mostly the same players. 9-13 (Wouldn't bet on these.) Aalesund has a great coach and a 2 metre tall forward, that's about it. Tromsø has a few great players, but the rest of the players are not good enough to provide any form of stability. Strømsgodset might be a surprise this year, with most of their squad being players under 23, which sounds like a bad thing, but it's many many of the players populating the u-21 and u-19 teams for Norway that's in there. Start is up and down, got a great young striker but it's pretty much yada yada yada with them. Hønefoss is one of the promoted sides, but they're looking strong enough to stay up. But just that. 14-16 (These... these teams... will get.. points? ) Haugesund is another of the promoted sides, they have a decent squad with a nice combo of experience and youth. Sandefjord has a decent team on paper, but that's it. Kongsvinger is the last of the promoted teams, and they have absolutely nothing to do in the top division and will go straight down without a fight. First round tips would be: 13. March Brann – Haugesund 14. March Start – Sandefjord Strømsgodset – Kongsvinger Tromsø – Hønefoss Odd Grenland – Stabæk Aalesund – Lillestrøm Molde – Rosenborg 15. March 19:00 Vålerenga – Viking You'll have to ask the Towel for the Allsvenskan tips, I'm not the strongest knowledge-wise there.
  14. Lots of players out there played for the England U-21 and ended up never playing for the senior squad, take a look at Carlton Cole, absolute gobshite before Zola came in, and look at him now, being selected/considered for England and being a much better overall player. Just shows you a player can really blossom under the right guidance, Carroll is the same case for me. Curbishly tbh. That's also the most bizarre usage of the word gobshite I've ever seen. Im not English, nor is it my first language, to be fair I thought it meant something else, clearly not. In any case, Sunderland rise to 13th if they win today Where are you from, out of interest?
  15. He's just said he's looking at his options.
  16. I'm sorry, but betting on Liverpool this season with their scrappy 1-0 wins and losses against shit sides is just accumulator suicide.

Saw him brag about it on his Facebook, I understood what he said as well even if it was in Faroese? Well impressed.

"I could wear the whole suit if we are promoted." (selective quoting for the win.)
  19. He's only recently had a run of form, for the first and most part of the season he's been shit, as well as in his previous first team performances. IfWhen his form runs out he'll once again be useless.
  20. They've already voted the suggestion down, there'll be no CL play-offs.
  21. brummie is one of the most canny posters on here tbh.
  22. Just to bother Dave, here's Skjelbred at SJP as a kid: http://img709.imageshack.us/img709/1469/skjelbredkampavis90307a.jpg
