Or perhaps the money from the failed bid for Schweinsteiger was put back into the bank along with the money for Skjelbred and Atouba who Keegan turned down so it could be spent in January, the fans kick off because Keegan has walked without even knowing whats happened (as witnessed by the mongs with their boycoutt banner at SJP on the Tuesday before he'd even resigned) Ashley then thinks "fuck this, no way am I putting £20 million of my own money into subsidising this club when the ungrateful bastards are abandoning the club shop and Shearer's bar" so decides to walk. Easy this like. does the 'fuck this etc" sound like Ashley to you? Does putting money not spent into the bank for the next window sound like us either, considering we spent nothing last summer or in Jan? Also, we were supposed to be expecting Atouba for a medical but the player himself decided not to go. Aslo, no one has told us why Skejlberd didnt arrive, and Schweinsteiger bid hasnt even been confirmed other than by one or two ITKs. Anal's "Rosenborg source" claimed Keegan pulled the plug just hours before he'd be over here. that confirms it then i did read an article in the chron but these were the only quotes which doesnt tell us anything: “Everything was apparently set, and neither Skjelbred nor Rosenborg was given a reason from the Newcastle camp for the collapse of the transfer, just that it would no longer go through. “This was strange news for Rosenborg as the fee had already apparently been agreed. “All of this had made Skjelbred very depressed the next day in training as he was just a few hours away from going over to Newcastle for a medical.” Maybe the reason it fell through was because Pompey refused to give us the £2m extra we wanted for Barton... the timing would certainly make sense as would the fact they play in the same position. It's a shame we'll probably never will get to know what exactly went on during the last hours of D-Day tbh.

If it was a scam it'd not be fronted by such a "respected" company as NVA Management. It'd ruin their business if they were just fronting a scam.

If he ever came back, it would definiately be under his terms. Meaning I'd not fear him walking out again. So because of that, I'll have no issues with him coming back. God knows we'd need someone of his calibre again these days anyways. Plus, there's nothing to forgive. Man walked out on principle, hell, I'd have done the same. Bad example, but imagine playing FM and not getting to buy the players you'd like, not as much fun to play then, is it?

Thank fuck for that! First I was certain it was just a rumour started by some fuckwads. Then it went on and on and spread like bloody fire in dry grass, and I was starting to get proper worried since nobody would deny it. Now I can finally go to sleep knowing he's alright, for now.

Better than Hughton, that's for sure.

Actually it's not plural. It's Mom I'd Like To Fuck, or Mother I'd Like To Fuck. Depends on how you yourself want to say mom or mother.

Your a proper wimp, its not like he is a superstar is it. You feel like a nerd i'm the one who made him on pes and took photos to prove it, he seemed to find it funny anyways. It's really hard to tell with him, always replies to me with like... one to three words. Hard to keep a convo going with him really.

Have you ever seen him play? He was really a talent 2-3 years ago, but he hasn`t really improved and is for sure not Premier League standard. I think most of the norwegians who follows Tippeligaen and the national team will say the same. I follow the Tippeligaen and watch many a Rosenborg game, and his improvement is obvious, if he was a real talent 2-3 years ago he'd pretty much waltz straight into almost any Premier League team bar the top four at the moment, I'd bet my testies on it. Bar staying too long on the ball there's really nothing bad to say about him at the moment, and there'd only be room for improvement. And any Norwegian who follows the Tippeligaen that doesn't probably have anti-Rosenborg glasses on would say the same, or I reckon you think every top european team that have been scouting him have been doing that for no reason and that basically every Norwegian, and even European football experts that have mentioned him as one of Europe's hottest talents, not to mention pretty much everyone else following Norwegian football are in the wrong and you are in the right? So thats why he still plays for Rosenborg. I think you have a expensive pair of Rosenborg glasses. He's just only recovered from his leg injury. He's had a long way back and he's gotten back. He'll be gone in January and you'll end up having to eat your words, just as I won't have to chop off my testies, that's all I have to say 'til then as we'd only be arguing over something we don't really need to argue about until one is proven wrong by what happens. I'll not rule out the possibility it could be me who'd be wrong, but I'll remain very sure I'm not until then. Just recovered? The leg injury against Olympiakos was back in november 2005. Do you have any idea how damaging a broken leg is for the development of a young player? 10 years?

Do you have any idea how damaging a broken leg is for the development of a young player? First he needs to refind the form, then he needs to start progressing and learning again. He stayed in status quo in 2006 and started improving again around the middle of the season in 2007, and now he's been one of the best players in an otherwise lackluster Rosenborg team this season, not to mention one of the best players in the league itself this season. We don't really need to debate it though, I mean, it's your opinion against mine and most of the "football experts" and so on. There will be no answer to this discussion until the player's career is over and we can see how its been, really. Not to mention how silly this discussion must look to the other members of the forum seeing how it's off-topic about a player that did not end up signing for the club anyhow. We're starting to make Harry-Norway look good, or well, that's an overstatement, but still. Let's just agree to disagree and move on, eh? I don't think he's shite, you think he is. Let's just leave it at that for now, until this might become on-topic again?

If I found the fucker filming poor Gazza and putting it on youtube, I'd rip the fuckers head off. On another note though, at the end, did Gazza win the round of pool and the other fucker didn't want to pay up?

I'll remain optimistic about these Nigerians until proven otherwise. I've got no more space avaliable for feeling negative anymore.

What channel do they show the Norwegian league games on? TV2 TV2 Zebra TV2 Sport Then you should know Skjelbred isn't shite if you'd watch games Not saying Keegan wasn't in the right of pulling the plug on the transfer if he did not get to choose Skjelbred as a signing himself. I'll always think the manager should choose their own players. But you saying Skjelbred is shite is just you wanting to be original by disagreeing with the general opinion by both football fans (that know of him, of course) and football "experts" on the player.
