  1. Yeah only 4 goals and 2 assists in 6 league games spearheading an attack that has produced 16 goals and gained 16 points (he started on the bench in the only game they didn't win), just terrible. Could have been more clinical but by no means has he been awful. Wish he was staying He's starting to link up well with Reus and Mkhitaryan (who is looking like a fantastic addition), if the players would just be a bit more patient then Dortmund could challenge any team in the world. It will be really hard for Dortmund to find a striker with as a good all-around game as Lewy, his link-up play is world class and I don't think they'll be able to find a replacement that brings as much to the table as he does. But then again, replacing Sahin with Gundogan and Kagawa with Reus did them no harm...
  2. aaaaaaa just woke up, someone quickly summarise the first 30 minutes for me
  3. Lewandowski 4.75 Blaszczykowski 3.05 Götze 0 Reus 17.1 Bender 1.5 Gündogan 5.5 Piszczek 0 Subotic 4.5 Hummels 4.2 Schmelzer 0 Weidenfeller 0 Dortmund starting 11: €40.6 Million Andy Carroll: €41 Million Not bad
  4. Think he's matured and become more consistent over the past 2 years, he's scored in the last 12 league games and has scored 64 goals in 90 games over the past two years. With that being said his goalscoring isn't the most important aspect of this game, he's just the perfect striker for the 4-5-1 formation Dortmund play and his distribution, movement and hold-up play are absolutely pivotal to their success. Dortmund did well bringing in Reus for Kagawa and Gundogan for Sahin, Eriksen would also be a good replacement for Götze but I very much doubt they'll be able to bring in a forward that brings as much to the table as Lewandowski does.
  5. Expires in the summer of 2014.

    Loïc Remy

    Why RemLisa, WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY?
  7. Dortmund (4-2-3-1): Weidenfeller; Schmelzer, Hummels, Subotic, Piszczek: Bender, Gündogan; Blaszczykowski, Götze, Reus; Lewandowski.
  8. Looking forward to see Sahin play. Seems a bit forgotten and underrated by some after his frustrating season at Real, he's an absolutely fantastic player and I think he'll do very very well for Liverpool. I was a huge fan of his at Dortmund and it's not without reason that he was voted player of the year his final year in Germany.
  9. Kuba assist. The midfield trio of Kuba, Götze and Reus with Lewandowski up on top will be unstoppable this season. Don't think they are any weaker for having sold Kagawa and replaced him with Reus, stronger if anything. Looking very good for them!
  10. This Arsenal game is hella boring, has Podolski even touched the ball?

  12. Meh... pretty predictable, we always choke up in the first game. There simply isn‘t enough quality in the side, if 2-3 key players aren‘t scoring/creating chances then nothing is happening. Especially troublesome that we don‘t have a single MC that is able to run, shoot, pass or do anything other than lull lazily around the center of the pitch. Szczesny is a decent keeper but he really needs to shut up, stop with the declarations and focus on his game. Been in Warsaw for the past 2 days and I must have seen at least 215 posters, commercials and front pages with Szczesny standing there like the toughest shit on earth. Typical Polish media, hyping any half-decent player into oblivion before a tourney and then murder him once the tournament is over. The defense is shite as ever, if Greece managed to create all these changes with that attacking line up I don’t even want to know what Russia will do to us. The stadium is absolutely magnificent, though I was a bit disappointed with the atmosphere. Have to say that the people here are nothing but amazing, rarely experienced such hospitality. Highlight of the trip was flying from Amsterdam and having Ruud Gullit and Roy Keane sit right in front of me. Once I landed in Warsaw I couldn’t pick up my luggage because they had displaced some luggage back in Amsterdam, so I went to the office and filed in a report meanwhile Roy Keane was standing next to me, not very pleased “I have to pay 25 euros because you lost my luggage?? Ridiculous”. Good ol’ Keano The second highlight of the trip was when went out for a walk with my uncle and his 2 dogs, beering it up in the good weather. Anyway, his dog found this block of stone in the ground so naturally doing the most doggy thing he could think of in his dog brain, he went on to spend the next 10 minutes sniffing and digging like crazy around the stone like it was the most important thing in the world. After he managed to dig a hole big enough so that he could haul the stone from the ground, he started licking and licking and licking the stone, not stopping til the stone was literally drenched in dog saliva. Think it must have been the most clean and happy stone in the world. http://i45.tinypic.com/65rg44.jpg Dogs....
  13. 1-0 Kagawa! Nice assist from Kuba
  14. That tonight? Class! Was wanting something to watch. Starting now, howay Dortmund.
  15. Looking forward to the German Cup Final. Dortmund - Bayern, should be a tasty game.
  16. A shame we aren't grouped up with the Nazis, the atomsphere would have been amazing, if not murderous.
  17. No idea man, seeing how I've been living in Iceland since I was 4-years-old, my closest family all lives in some middle of nowhere small towns and I´ve never been in Warsaw or Wroclaw! Will be staying at one of my relatives in Warsaw, he´s going to show me around. Then I'll stay 4 days in Wroclaw, got booked at this awesome 4 star hotel, you step out of it and boom you're right in the town center. 280 euros for the 3 games. Pretty decent that, as it includes tickets for the opening game of the tourney and free transportation to the venues Last time I went to Poland it seemed to be very popular among the girls to wear reallyyyyyy thin, white and revealing pants. Hope things haven't changed in that regard Polish chicks have no ass though, I can always spot a Polish (and tiny) bum.
  18. Just arrived in the mail http://i50.tinypic.com/2965ad.png Awwwwwwwwww yeah!

  21. Our midfield according to FoxSoccer Ben Arfa - Gonzales - Tiote - Cabaye edit: pfff too late
  22. Just tuned in on the game, it's been this shite the whole time?
  23. You're gonna need him playing like this in the summer. Yeah, more worried about the defense though Piszczek is some sort of a revelation though, been outstanding at the right back for Dortmund the past two seasons. His high work rate, stamina and runs up the wing are very important to Dortmund's attacking play. Not a bad defender either!
